Even after continually unsubscribing to their emails and even calling them (March 27, 2019) to remove and unsubscribe my email address, I continue to get this SPAM from Ensil. If using a gratiatious photo along with SPAM tactics (that aren't in compliance with CASL) is the way that they do business, I WOULD NEVER EVER do business with this organization. What a joke! If I could give them ZERO STARS I would!

I am working at Ensil for almost 8 years and I am very happy with my job and company. When I started work at Ensil I had to make adjustment because it is a very fast paced company and productivity is high but I am happy with my job and work.
Excellent job done by Ensil. they saved us a great deal of money by repairing our device.
Wish I could give a negative star - horrible lead times for service. 3 times we sent a Danfoss controller in to be repaired. 3 times it went out to the OEM who told me they couldn't program it. This was over a period of 6 months(!) with Ensil taking a minimum of 2-3 weeks each time to look at it and attempt to repair. In the end, I didn't try a 4th time, I sent it to a company with Danfoss experience. Oh and our company was on the hook for shipping back and forth each time so not only are we out the money we paid for no repair (over 900.00) but the shipping charges which were good for another 300 dollars or so. Worst company ever, now solidly on our 'DO NOT USE EVER' list.

Ensil is a complete scam, they will ask you to deliver the product and will offer post payment , but they will never pay you. Be very careful with Jessie Kwok and Farsad Kiani, both are scammers. Never ever take any service from Ensil Technical Service as they wil cheat you and take your hard earned money.
Stupid company with discrimination HR. I interviewed here at 2013. They offered salary of 30k for an electrical engineer. HR said "you're a visa student, even local engineers don't get paid for this much. We have hundreds of applicants, hundreds". To hell with your hundreds applicants with 30k
Bombardier I shipped a burnt CNC display to Ensil on Friday afternoon, got an estimate before we closed for the week, repaired over the weekend and shipped back Monday morning. Just Fantastic
I have used Ensil for several years now to repair my various electronic controls, servos and hydraulics. What amazes me with Ensil is that all my equipment is old and there are no manauls and schematics for my parts and they still manage to repair the controls successfully with great quality and in a timely fashion. Reason for this post is recently Ensil managed to save my company a lot of time and money. My HMI for my large press was down and I was considering replacing it with a new one. I was told by a large OEM that it would take several days to deliver one and I would need someone to install it and train my operators. This would have caused several days of down time for the press and not to mention the negative chain effect it would have on other processes in our production. Instead I turned to Ensil to repair it and they got me up and going the very next day. Thank you Ensil and I highly recommend them.

Farsad Kiani President and CEO of the Ensil Group of Companies is a scammer. They do not have any qualified people for electronics or CIRCUIT BOARD REPAIR . They use low quality products and then attempt to charge hundreds of dollars for life-time maintenance services.
Please list Ensil and Ensil Technical Services on blacklist and expose them to the world, thus helping others avoid them. Total low quality product and do not provide any further service once they get the money.
Don't deal with this company. They don't properly repair electronic parts and still insist on payment. Terrible company to do business with
I read comments about Ensil on this page and want to say what is written here is far from the truth as I have been doing business with Ensil for well over 15 years on numerous times and they have done a lot of repairs and one engineering project for our company and I have nothing to say but make good comments and recommend them . Ensil has been a Prime Defence Contractor to US Government and NATO for nearly 30 years, have CAGE Codes for US Defence Department, the Canadian DND and NATO and their staff all have security clearances for doing military work. They have security clearance secrets and if they were a bad company, I am sure the US Government and the European Defence Departments would not on a regular basis award large contracts to them for that many years. It is not uncommon for some unhappy past employees or competition to put derogatory comments against a good company to tarnish their image and its enough to ask Ensil to provide you with the names of tens of happy and satisfied customers to prove my point.

Absolutely not respectful company in terms of employment. Rude HR manager with horrible communication skills, ignoring emails and phone calls. Operation manager is the only one person seems caring and professional.

We have had a an item broken for few months and nowhere could repair the item till we sent it off to Ensil. they fixed and returned the item in an acceptable time frame and the repair was done good as well, happy experience overall.
