Wish I could give a negative star - horrible lead ...
Wish I could give a negative star - horrible lead times for service. 3 times we sent a Danfoss controller in to be repaired. 3 times it went out to the OEM who told me they couldn't program it. This was over a period of 6 months(!) with Ensil taking a minimum of 2-3 weeks each time to look at it and attempt to repair. In the end, I didn't try a 4th time, I sent it to a company with Danfoss experience. Oh and our company was on the hook for shipping back and forth each time so not only are we out the money we paid for no repair (over 900.00) but the shipping charges which were good for another 300 dollars or so. Worst company ever, now solidly on our 'DO NOT USE EVER' list.
