I was given a test for MIS executive even as I went for an Photo Keywording, and then they reject me even, I wrote all correct answers with formulas. Within few min, she comes out and told me, "your rejected because of your test score was bad" ... Means WTH, It's really ridiculous... Management and Human Resource Suck's Waste of time for interview
Not give work and salary satisfection, just do lots of work and not expect a good salary , increment, incentive....."gaddhon ki tarah sirf kam karte raho"....And company not giving holiday like all national holi day, diwali, ganpati etc...All holiday just on paper .......Sunday also working.
I was there for interview from badlapur and I was waiting 3-4 hours for my interview and then the person who was hosting my interview was in hurry because maybe he wants to go home so he was like my work is not good so u can't get job here, really disappointed and they told me they are professional, LoL
Worst place to work. Managment dosen't thinks about its employees. Even during covid-19 where company were giving atleast some amout this company was deducting salary of current employees. They marked me as absconded even widout informing and did nt even pay the salary for the month i worked for. HOD don't listen to their team members and are completely careless.

Pros - There is nothing to tell about. Cons - Poor management. Unethical behaviour. Micro management. Management lacks humanity. Pathetic hygiene. Zero percent growth opportunities. My advice to people working there should quit and do not waste time at the company who does not respects employee. Management lacks innovation. No motivation. Unorganised hierarchy. Multiple disputes. Unethical practices. Biased management. No fixed pay day.
Worst and pathetic Management, Even on public Holiday like independence and republic day they want you to come to work, deducting salaries if you don't come on mandatory public Holiday, not recommended. Would have given negative stars if there was option.
