We've been eating here for years and enjoyed it every time. Delicious Italian food. We often get a side salad with standard Italian dressing. Servers hustle to get to everyone and it's often very busy at dinnertime. Carry-out line is usually long but moves quickly. Pizza with their homemade sausage is very good, as are their other Italian dishes, especially the lasagna. Get there early for a good seat.

We all choose where to spend our time and money, but the owners and staff of Enrico's act as if they are entitled to our business just because they have good pizza. We will no longer go to this restaurant after our recent experience. We (two of us) choose to eat there and upon our arrival were second in line to be seated. There were 2 waitresses working the very small seating area, and they waited over 20 minutes to clear 3 empty tables, despite a line that was nearly out the door. When they came to the line to seat people at those now empty and cleared tables, they asked how many were in each party, but still did not seat anyone. The older of the two waitresses acted so arrogant and careless that we decided to leave 10 minutes later. We will spend our time and money at establishments that respect their customers and appreciate that we choose to eat there. Do yourself a favor and don't reward this arrogant, selfish and entitled restaurant staff with your valuable time and hard earned money. See other ratings - most agree service is awful.

Couple visiting from Colorado and wanted a family owned pizza place-found Enrico s and very pleased with the service and food. We had garlic cheese bread and medium 3 topping pizza. The food was served hot, the pizza sauce was tangy and unique and the toppings were fresh. We visit Columbus every few months and will return. Tiziana was our waitress and very polite. In addition, the carry out customers never stopped coming in and the tables were full-Saturday night.

One of the best pizzas outside of Chicago (nod to Giordano's), and I've eaten more than my fair share of pizza over the years. Order it for take-out, though. The atmosphere of the restaurant is like a small cafe and the service is average. But the pizza is excellent. Pepperoni, garlic, and tomato is our go-to.

There is no better pepperoni pizza. Their supreme and other pizzas are really good (but not great). Their pepperoni pizza, though, is second to none. The crust is aged with a slightly sourdough taste. And after all these years, it's still run by authentic, first-generation Italians. Simply amazing.

This is the best pizza available on the upper west side of Columbus. The crust has a great crunch to it, and the sauce has just the right amount of kick. The service is always friendly, and you can tell it's family run since the same dozen people seem to be working there every day. Great place.

I'm part Sicilian and from NE Ohio where we have Little Italy, Mama Santa's my favorite five star pizza. I've been trying to find a good family owned pizza here for years. This place is very good. Nice sauce, crispy crust, fresh toppings and oven baked pizza how it ought to be.

Finally a pizza in Columbus. ..but wait is long. This is great pizza. Thick crust but crunchy. We had basic cheese and a white pizza with sasuage. Pizza is cut into squares, not pie cut. We actually went around 7 pm but couldn't get a seat. After looking for a mom and pop place we ended up back there at 8 pm. No waiting for a seat. Pizza did take a good 30 min. Was well worth the wait, especially it you are of Italian decent and are picky about your pizza! Next time we are here for Zoo and Waterpark we will order it for pick up. I did take a star do to the wait.

Enricos is a hands-down family favorite. We love their pizza and their service. We went on our first date here over twelve years ago and celebrated an early Valentine s Day with them just now- with many visits in between. We have introduced many friends to Enricos and all are returning customers. Food is delicious and the price is perfect. Familiarity and friendliness are priceless!

Absolutely wonderful homemade, mom and pop pizza shop. Offering more than just pizza, with pasta options and other Italian favorites. This is a well kept secret that continues to please patrons week in and week out! A thin and crispy crust with plenty of cheese and toppings, if you like thin and crispy, this is a place to try!

Found this pizza shop while on way to Springfield.
My wife ordered spaghetti and meatball. It came with a small salad that she liked. The spaghetti was very salty and couldn t eat it.
I got a small pizza that was called all the above. It was definitely a good pizza!! My only complaint that I have is I wish it was a large one. This was one of the best I ve had.
We will come back, but for the pizza only. I will give a big -0-star because of the spaghetti. Five plus stars for the pizza!!!!

A great authentic Italian pizza place. They have pizza sizes ranging from personal to extra large as well as salads, subs, and pasta. A friendly family owned business that had been in the area for many years.
