Utilized Rick and Rich Gruber to purchase a small business...my first venture into purchasing a business. No insight, advice or instruction provided. They didn't obtain money due to me at closing and left it for me to chase down the cash. Their only interest seemed to be getting the deal done and collecting the commission. I wouldn't recommend them.
