RTI came to our renovation project where we were installing a significant built-in sound and surveillance system. A $100k project! We never heard from them. Weeks later I follow up with them where over a week goes by and they do not respond to my email. I call and tell them that if this is the way they service their customers perhaps this is not a good fit for us. Next thing I know their Director finally sends me an email stating they cannot fit our project into their schedule. SO WHY WASTE OUR TIME WITH A SITE VISIT TO BEGIN WITH?! I did send them the architectural plans, they knew the scope and size of the job before visiting - why waste our time and then not even bother to send their quote, cause me to chase them because I need to make a decision to move the project forward, then not bother to respond to my email for over a week until I make a call complaining about the customer service. VERY UNHAPPY WITH RTI.
