Worst customer service i have ever, i have ever seen in Canada. Their employees have no sense as to how to talk to a customer. They tell you complete lies to get your business and once they have your vehicle, they treat you like as if you beggars. They gave me an initial estimate for 10 days (just to get my business) and then returned my vehicle after more than a month. I am never going back again. They looted my money and my vehicle has extra scratches when i got it back. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN... the worst car garage in CANADA as per my experience. i regret the day when i went to CARSTAR Express garage at Sheppard location, Toronto

Garbage! Not honest. Never looked in to major issues with our vehicle. Airbag light on, car not starting. Their resolution? Go to Canadian tire and get a new battery. Obviously safety is NOT THEIR FIRST PRIOROTY

Did not know what they were doing and charge me a full price. They were unable to repaire my windshield chip which wasn't difficult to repair at all and the Guy cured glue when he was not supposed to which made it unrepairable. And now i have to replace the whole windshield. Now that I spoke with technician at other shops, I think be might have done it on purpose to rip me off. Do not go there if you want to save time and money.

The staff are great and also the service. I purchased winter tires on rims a year ago and the price was fair. They will store your summer / winter tires for you so you don't need to bring them or waste garage space at home.

Friendly customer service, fast and reliable work. Needed a windshield replaced and it went great.

Guys let me tell you! This is the most recommended spot ever for everything.i got my alignment done came back the next day because something went wrong and they took the time to inspect and made sure everything was fixed.guys they give you full service, you feel like family and best customer service.
