My car broke down this morning. Called 2 other tow companies who did not answer their phones. Engand answered. They were fast. they came to my place of business picked up my keys. Had my car to me in less than 45 minutes. great customer service and friendly. very low price compare to other tow companies I had to use in the past. Will be using England for all my tows in the future.

Not very happy with this tow company. Had called for a tow for an older gentleman that has a 68 VW beetle that was broke down at a gas station. When I called and talked with the dispatcher and was informed that she was sending a flatbed truck. They told me that it would take them 10 to 15 minutes to get to where the person was at. I took and ran s few errands and 2 hours later the tow truck still wasnt there. I called back to see why nobody had showed up. The lady told me that she would call a different driver and have him there in about 8 minutes cause he was over in the area. 90 minutes later still nobody was there. So I call again and was told that they went to the gas station and was unable to find the VW. Now this beetle was bright red and the only other vehicle in the parking lot besides my truck. Just really horrible service

We were stranded in a remote off road area with no brakes on our 4x4 truck. The driver, Tom climbed rough roads to get us, the mechanics stayed after hours to access the situation, and when they found that they would need to order parts, they towed us all the way home. They were great! Trust them

Fantastic service!!! I was driving from Phoenix to Vegas to catch an international flight when my car broke down. They got to me as quickly as they could, and towed very quickly to a car rental shop in Kingman and I was able to make my flight in time. When I got back they had repaired my car and done so for a very reasonable price. They really put the customer first and don't look to take advantage of you like many other towing companies.

My car decided to take a dump Downtown and I ended up stranded on the side of the road, so I went on my phone and googled "tow companies kingman az" and decided to take a chance with these guys. That ended up being the best decision I made that day. They were extremely fast getting to my location and the driver was very nice and helpful. They had my car and I back to my house in no time. They are also VERY reasonably priced. Hopefully I don't need another tow soon , but if I do, I know who I'll be calling.

My tire disintegrated 9 miles away from kingman AZ. And short buss came to my boyfriends aid. Very friendly and helpful. He personally tried to look for our tire. They did it for a decent price and didn't try to suck money out of us. I recommend this service.

Great guys here. I was traveling back from Vegas down to Phoenix and my wheel fell off due to the lug nut studs breaking on the freeway. They made it out to my vehicle within about 20 minutes and had my lug nut studs fixed another 1-1.5 hours after that. Reasonably priced and would highly recommend them.

Stranded for 27+ hrs. This was a commercial truck towing recovery indeed. He actually brought his A truck(not shown) too.

My rental car was stranded in a wash off I-93 after several cars took a detour to avoid a major accident. The state trooper called a competitor tow company who refused to come out and claimed that they didn't have a 4x4 truck. I found Cody at England towing and thankful I did. He got me to my car and pulled it out and onto the highway. Excellent service and great guy. Would recommend 100%

I have had two emergency situations happen when traveling through Kingman. These gentlemen are top notch. They are polite, friendly, and considerate of family. They are reasonably priced. Eager to please. They are always thorough and fare. I give them 5 stars.

Robert from England Towing came to the rescue when we had a Budget truck break down on the side of the highway in the desert. Once he was called, Robert arrived so quickly and was very friendly, kind, and professional. He gave us local tips for the area and steered us in the right direction. If I lived in the area, I would definitely call him again if I needed anything towed.

Even though we were from out of town, the lead lady inside the office was so pleasant to talk to and so patient. She kindly explained to me what the process was and helped me take care of it. They towed my 03 Oldsmobile alero from one house to the other and the driver Shawnie was so Professional and respectful to me and my car. CALL THEM FIRST These guys did a great job getting my SUV and camper off of the road and fixed up in less than 48 hours. I broke down in a bad spot coming into Kingman, but they came to help right away. When you break down you know its going to cost alot to get back on the road. These guys gave me a straight forward and fair price.

We ran into some truck issues on the way to Nevada and the guys here were a godsend. They towed our 1 ton truck 40 miles As Well as our trailer with an artcar on it. Then they also got the part for the truck and fixed it. The owner even gave our friend a ride to the hospital! Really great team! Thank You For Getting Us Back On The Road!!!

Just got my vehicle towed home by Shawnie ( I hope I spelled it right) and she was amazing. I super appreciate all the help she gave and the advice. She was quick to the site and expert at getting my car into the tight area where I needed at my house. Keeping their number saved because they can be trusted.

When you get told a price, show up and they jack the price on the original bill up by $50.00, making it $25.00 MORE than they tell you it is on the phone, I say is victimizing people that are already in a bad situation. I hope this place loses its contract with the city.
