I've been trying for weeks to donate clothes and there is no way. They are 12 large bags and I asked to pick them up at home. We settled one day, I was waiting 4 hours and they left me standing. Having my phone number, they could have warned me that they would not come.
I've called twice more, they say they'll call me right away and they don't do anything.
