This company definitively surpasses the competition when it comes to value and quality. The association of my neighborhood highly recommended them and Pella. I got quotes from both along and Pure energy s windows not only in my opinion we re better quality for a much more reasonable price, but I also got rebates from DTE worth a couple hundred dollars that Pure Energy helped fill out and submit on my behalf. I Replaced every single window in my house with theirs and just went back to them recently to replace my door walls! Highly recommend!
Pure Energy just installed my new windows a couple of weeks ago and they are amazing! My house is so warm and a constant temperature throughout. No more hot and cold rooms. For once, I can't wait to see my utility bills.

I think my favorite aspect is the anti-glare. I get terrible headaches and I used to hang blankets on the windows because of the intense light. Having that filtered out has been such a relief!

From the initial sales contact through the installation, we were impressed with the knowledge, expertise, courtesy and efficiency of everyone in the company. The overall experience was very positive. Having replaced windows purchased from other firms in two other properties, we are extremely impressed with the quality of the product. Pure energy does it all. They installed new windows into a brick wall for me. From cutting the brick and repairing it, to installing headers to cleaning up. Great experience, very professional. The estimator was a little off in the time it would take but they did a great job and they did it right.

I contracted Pure Energy to install windows and sliding doorwall in my condo after getting three estimates. Only reasonable offer was from Pure Energy. I am so glad in my decision to install their triple pane windows. Immediate improvement in sound and energy efficiency and they are really easy to clean !!. The glass on the inside of the hottest days so far this year was cold to the touch, sound level from outside was reduced. It is such a pleasure to look out windows that are crystal clear. Oh and they have an incredible warranty !! Super happy customer !!
The salesman was great, the installers arrived on time and completed the installation of 15 windows and a patio door as promised in less than 7 hours. The windows and doors look great and I know it was a mild winter but our heating bill went way down and our home is now in the excellent category of our gas company s efficiency report of houses in our area. Oh I forgot the price was great as well in comparison to the other companies we researched
If I were you, don't waste your time...my bet is most of these positive reviews are friends and family. There are a couple articles out there on the web on Adrian's attitude, tactics and behavioral issues, and they are spot on.
On day one I was offered a very breezy "hey we're in the area, working with your (condo) association for door wall replacements, if you'd like a quote...no pressure". I was curious and agreed for someone to come out the next day.
When Adrian arrived, it was "Sales 101". Being a sales person, I let him go on...but when it came to the time he tried to close the sale, he became more arrogant, borderline bullying and somewhat antagonistic. After that, once he learned I was not going to agree to a sale and asked him to leave, he got belligerent.
I'm in sales, he knew I was in sales...I would never treat my customer they way he tried to treat me. But the sad thing is a lot of people give in to these type of tactics.
Do yourself a favor...if Adrian comes to your door, lock it.
We had old "builder-grade" windows that were freezing shut in the winter, water dripping on the inside so much that is was damaging our window sills.
Called Pure Energy to quote us some replacement windows, they came out and were friendly and informative, not too "salesly".
We purchased all new windows for our two-story home, and a new sliding glass doorwall. They came back in about 10 weeks to install it all (during the summer). We had an issue with 1 of the windows not fitting quite right after the cooler fall temperatures kicked in, but they came back and fixed the issue.
So happy to have windows that are well built, no more water dripping on the inside! It's amazing in the summer with the full sun I can put my hand on the window and it barely even feels warm!
Working with Adrian and the team from Pure Energy was a superb experience. From the assessment, the quoting an the installation, everything was very good. I did not feel pressured to buy, but so happy that I did. The installation was very fast and the quality of the product is first class. I opted for the triple glass units and it incredible the difference they have made to noise reduction and energy savings for the house. We did consider other company's, but no one came close to the capabilities of first energy - first class service - highly recommended.
I bought my windows from Pure Energy Window Co. because I liked the demonstration that showed no heat from the sun could enter my home. What a difference from the windows I had before! I also liked the safety feature on the windows which prevents an open window from being raised higher than the original opening
Poor customer service : phone scheduler did not seem to know anything about windows (no answers to questions, started referring to company as "we", then shifted to "they"). Estimator that came had an unbreakable agenda to do it his way. Insistent, almost rude, wanted to sit and do his "educational presentation" that would take 45 minutes - He didn't even want to see or measure the windows, or ask us why or what we wanted. He took back his calling card, so I can't even tell you his name! Definitely not putting our windows in!

The reply below (worded so nicely 3 wks ago) is not at all how the owner talked on the phone. He was insistent I remove the review, offered some kind of deal, but got just as rude and pushy as the salesman, so I hung up on him. We've scheduled other quotes from different companies who treat us with much more respect, and share more information with the customer.
We replaced all of our windows plus a door wall and the entire experience with Pure Energy Window Company was outstanding. The product quality is fantastic and everyone throughout the process was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I really liked the fact that the installers are employees, not contractors. Not only were they friendly and knowledgeable they were very respectful of my home, taking great care to clean up everything when they were done. When one of the door wall panels had a small crack in the casing they brought it to my attention, a new one was ordered right away and it was installed as soon as possible. I was very impressed with their customer service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for windows.

Company was great to work with nice folks. Had a door wall taken out and a triple pane 3 panel window installed. Great job and looks teriffic ! Plus installed new sliding door out to our patio. The guy's were fast, knew what they doing and very friendly.
Over all great job and would call again to replace more windows.
After meeting with Bryan, we went with Pure Energy to replace and update all of the older windows left on our home. We turned our 5 window mess facing west into two small windows on the side and a large slider in the middle. No more wet wood casings growing mold! I will enjoy not getting the blow dryer out this fall to put insulation on all our windows. The windows we purchased have a U-Factor of 0.23 and SHGC of 0.22. They even have a nice tint to reduce glare.
While our window project was lengthy due to our travel schedule and was completed in the winter, Pure Energy Windows did everything they said they would until the job was completed. The difference with the new windows was apparent immediately. Highly recommend them.

We had looked for new patio sliders for some time, comparing pricing, quality and budget for more than a year. After several quotes from window companies we chose Pure Energy to install 2 new sliders in our home. We never realized how inefficient our existing doors were that was from the original builder, but once the new sliders were installed we quickly realized that these doors were far superior than the originals. One of the biggest things that I look for is quality of workmanship during install. You can buy many new doors and windows from a hundred different companies, all claiming to have the best on the market, but it is the installation that really makes the difference. Pure Energy installers were professional and experienced, they had both sliders replaced in 6 hrs. Cleaned the area and were on their way. We have been very happy with the experience that Pure Energy has delivered and would recommend them for any window or door replacement.

I engaged Pure Energy for all the windows in my condo. I have been satisfied in every way. The sales person explained everything well. The installers were great and obviously well trained (and awfully nice, as well). I have just completed a year of use and I am very happy with the product. As I write this, we are under a wind advisory--no drafts. The style looks nice, and I've noticed that rain does not seem to leave water marks when dry. I especially love the door wall. Much safer than my previous one. Neighbors recommended this company; you will be pleased.
The product itself is superb. You will immediately notice an uncanny increase in the quality of the soundproofing as well as the level of insulation.
