Poor customer service : phone scheduler did not seem to know anything about windows (no answers to questions, started referring to company as "we", then shifted to "they"). Estimator that came had an unbreakable agenda to do it his way. Insistent, almost rude, wanted to sit and do his "educational presentation" that would take 45 minutes - He didn't even want to see or measure the windows, or ask us why or what we wanted. He took back his calling card, so I can't even tell you his name! Definitely not putting our windows in!

The reply below (worded so nicely 3 wks ago) is not at all how the owner talked on the phone. He was insistent I remove the review, offered some kind of deal, but got just as rude and pushy as the salesman, so I hung up on him. We've scheduled other quotes from different companies who treat us with much more respect, and share more information with the customer.
