super bad!
We can't arrange our own price.
They sell our room in highest price, price of my homestay only IDR 175,000 they can sell IDR 350,000-375,000

so we discussed the problem, and we give them our set price.
But this happened again and again until we choose to end the contract with zuzu (take very long time to approved our request to end the contract from beginning of April until July will be end of the contract and they said contract has not sign by team)

After one month (today)
i get many a lot of booked room, they sell my room at IDR. 120.000 and i only received IDR 95,000

hem i don't know where i should to tell or ask because this mistake always happened even after i tell CS.

Anyone, can you help me?

The worst Company ever, never use this company to manage your property. At your own risk.

This company promise some good return and will do what I can't. In the end they screw up my system and left me with a lot of bad review from guest. And the person in charge are hard to get once you signup. Charge extra 7% commission and my business remain the same. Another pure startup hoax!
