My first time going to Enchanted Forest and I am so glad I did. I went with my girlfriend, my roommate and her kid and it was tons of fun. It was very easy to social distance there and the employees were all wearing masks and constantly sanitizing. I would feel comfortable going back.

Brought Grandma, Great Grandma, and out 5 y.o. and 10 month old with us today. Field trippers were there and just added more fun for the kids.
We didnt spend much money inside on rides or food. We appreciate that picnicking is encouraged, we did not bring anything with us.
Both kids had fun and we had a nice walk with them. Lots of families with little ones, and lots of space for everyone to zoom around.
The jogging stroller fit into and through some areas but not others. There is a stroller parking area by the log ride/carousel.
None of the ticket kiosks were open, and neither were the restaurants/food/ice cream parlor.
Trash cans were mostly full by 11:15 but the grounds were very clean. The cast was friendly in every section and we heard questions being answered respectfully and cheerfully.
We saw adults with no children enjoying themselves, as well as some teen groups having a ball. Our 5 y.o. was tall enough for the rides (whew!).
Will visit again, will pack a lunch and bring the same stroller. Will remember to bring pennies for the press, too!

I've been coming to Enchanted Forest since I was a little kid and it's always been an "enchanting" place. This place holds such good memories for me and even better, I get to share the joy with my son now. They're adding new rides and activities and it's been fun to see it grow over the years!

So much fun! Just me and my husband went, had a blast on the rides! Very cute place! If you go on the log ride, prepare to get SOKED! But totally worth it Lol And the gift shops are pretty cheap so that was a plus

My 2 year old son loved it, as well as the teenagers. It was honestly a pleasant surprise coming here. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but remember leaving with a happy family. Its definitely a holdover from an older era, and could use some updates--but it's great for the kids!

So much fun for the family! A little spendy. I would opt for buying tickets for rides instead of a wristband. Not sure we got our money's worth there. Besides that, the rides and attractions were great for all ages!

This is a sweet surprise in Salem and we stopped by here while going to Portland from Bend. It s a decent 4-5 hours place with good attractions, food and entertainment. The tour starts from Legoland like display of kids classics and then goes to rides and plays. Rides are okay, and staff is courteous. This place is a family owned business and few things have gone old. Rides are smaller in size (train, frog hop etc), kids till 8 years should enjoy it. Parking is ample and this place is near to the freeway. Look for few shows there, the seating is limited.

They have one Disney level ride (Mordor something) where you have to shoot the targets. It was a surprise, but costed 4 tickets each. The tickets are returnable. If you have two or more kids, buying unlimited pass is worthwhile.

Kids had pizza is water show place, that was cool and unique.

Went for my wife's 36th birthday. Still a fun place to go, first time there in over 20 years. Family had a great time with log ride and the one rollercoaster. The only downside is that the entire theme park is on a hillside. Even after years of not going I would still recommend it.

Love this place, my mom used to take us here as kids every year and I recently went and it was just as awesome as I remember it when I was a kid but this time I took my kids here and they had so much fun and its in such great shape still even after decades. The place is magical and it definitely has an aura, even the smells are the same, if you have never been here and you have kids come check it out, its unique and fun for the whole family.

Kids had fun, but we did every thing in about 2 hours. For the price there are certainly better things to take the kids to that they will enjoy more. Also REALLY needs a new coat of paint of everything.

This was a great place for our first grade field trip with no rides. Kids had fun exploring and love the shady trails. It is quirky and not updated but still super fun. The play of Little Red Riding Hood was hilarious! Acting was great and interactive with the kids. Love that it's here in Salem. :)

Such a campy throwback! Don't go expecting a modern theme park, but the sheer overwhelming brilliant Americana of this place is perfect. My kids love it, I love it. Don't miss the water show.

This park needs several updates, really it probably needs to be completeley redone. Maybe some new rides for adults and the pricing system?... look either offer me a wristband that allows all the rides or why bother? Feel like they milk you for money on rides. As for food its the standard hotdog nachos burger type stuff that you would associate with a carnival. All that aside the kid loved it. maybe work on these things so the parents can love it as well.

This was a fun stop on our road trip. The down side is it is built on a step hill/mountain and was difficult to walk the paths. Anyone with knee or back issues, this would hard. Not wheelchair friendly. My grandson had a blast with his uncle so the sore back and knees were worth it.

Low prices. Short lines. Great experience. The kids loved it. Some of the kiddie rides were kind of lame. The train was very small for adults but they required us to ride with the twins (36 rule). The only real negative was the bumper boats. My daughter was spinning in a circle for 5 minutes and she tried everything to get it to turn. The workers were not paying any attention and when I asked them to help her they said she was turning the wheel wrong. When they attended to her they realized it was broken but instead of apologizing they still blamed her and she kept spinning again. She was dizzy and I was just upset that they didn t seem to care. Other than that the entire experience was great and we would go here again! Log ride and bob sled are the two main rides. They were busy in the morning but empty in the afternoon. Lots of fun

Been going since I was 5 or 6. Now my daughter got to love it too. At times wildly surreal, the Enchanted Forest is the best amusement park on the West Coast. This place is brilliant. Kind of like The Prisoner Village meets Disneyland.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! It is a great way to spend the day and the rides are so fun! Heck, even the music is great! It is good for all ages. There are thrill rides for older kids and adults, and kitty rides for younger kids. This place is probably my favorite place in the state of Oregon! Can t wait to go after the quarantine!!!

This long-standing amusement park is getting a little long in the tooth, but the kids love it. Can get VERY crowded when the weather is good. I don't think it's open during the winter months. Good for an annual trip.

Love this place. Everyone calls it discount Disney, but that's not really true. It's special in it's own special, eerie way. Also, the staff is wonderful and there are few parks with such great history.

I loved this place. My family loved this place ! We have three boys ages 9,4, and 2. Each one had fun in their own way, including the biggest boy of them all- my husband - he had a blast! This is a little gem in our Portland/Salem area. It s a must as a family adventure, especially now- to cap of the summer! I do recommend getting a ride bracelet instead of the tickets per ride. It s just stress free and no tears .

Stuff of nightmares... the animatronics are super creepy. But it was an all around awesome experience! And beautiful set up. Ice Mountain roller coaster was deceptively terrifying (but I love roller coasters, so I loved it lol).

The best thing in Salem, Oregon is not even in town... it's just outside of city limits on I-5, no matter who you are you'll find something to smile about at this family owned & operated unique theme park. A hooded sweatshirt from this place is worn like a badge of honor among locals, to show their culture to those in the know of this hidden gem just off the highway. RIP Thrillville, but the forest continues to enchant!
