Best investment of my life ! Kangen water has brought amazing health benefits to all my loved ones, myself, and my dog !! So grateful for this generous company and their friendly and very helpful staff.

I have now had my SD501 for over 5 years and it is the BEST water ever. My health and the health of my family was changed by Kangen water. The investment was well worth it. I like that I can have it serviced if needed and that the company offers deep cleaning to keep my machine maintained and producing high quality Kangen water.

I love this product. Good for drinking, really good for cleaning stuff and when you put on another setting.

Enagic has the best products in this industry hands down.

I am enjoying my day today because of Kangen Water. Last year on this very day I was dependent on my now for sale power chair. Thanks Mr O for bringing Enagic into our lives.

Went here bought bottles and got water from super machine strong acidic works but not the strong kangen tried with the oil and didn t emulsify at all. Staff here must check the water that works right. And called them letting them know and sounds like didn t care and they just referred me to techical support. So disappointed.

I can go inside Walmart 99 stores and can t bring my machine for service cause the people here are to lazy to open the kacstion they wss a not you to nail it in poor customer service in my opinion!!!!!!!

I contacted the military bureau regarding this situation and the general service manager of EnagicUSA driving here for 3 hours across the city. I've left this company a voicemail 2 weeks ago and none has returned my call. I was not refunded for the machines I've purchased regardless of documents i showed the service manager because their dealer is an independent contractor. Please watch out for scammers. I was introduced to this company by an old teammate/dealer 3 months ago. I entered this business to help him, his wife and his son. I was promised an advertise marketing video linked with the company name and guidance on business tax & how to file for IRS. I saw my oldteammate a couple times along at 24 Hour Fitness mentioned that it was OK, left the country indefinitely because his grandfather past away for 3months. Oldteammate/Dealer sent me a tax form that it was legal & blocks me from FB. I was frustrated/heated left the 3 machines at the corporate center. All tax ideas Audited.

Avoid this company by all means and ask for return policy. I purchased a $ 4600.00 Kangen water system from Enagic USA. I decided to return the product within the 30 days allowed at the Rockwall office/warehouse. Gayle was very unfriendly and unprofessional about the return. They gave me a return receipt and mentioned that it would take about 3 days before the refund is processed. After putting me on hold for two hours at the corporate s 800 number, numerous threatening emails, etc.. it took them almost a month before they refunded my money. Do your study. There are plenty of similar companies around with much better customer service.

I love this water! The price tag reflects the quality and longevity of this beautiful machine, just like buying a great car (but you won't drive your car for 40 years). There's a reason why Bill Gates and New England Patriots drink only this water. We've had our machine for 7 months now, and some of the benefits my wife and I have noticed are: increased mental sharpness and clarity, increased productivity, great taste, improved gut health, some weight loss, decreased muscle soreness after physical activity, increase in energy (especially after a big glass first thing in the morning), its the best pre/aftershave I've every tried, and the list goes on. Stomach cramps - gone. Amazing! The water feels like a 'light' water, you can drink more of it. Our dog drinks it and her inflammation in her leg is mostly gone now, she's happy and pain free, and just guzzles it down. We cleaned the water stains off the glass shower with it and no other chemical cleaner would touch them. It's one of the best investments I've ever made in my life, I don't travel anywhere without it. It's a real way to have excellent health for years to come and to CHANGE the quality of YOUR LIFE.

Probably the worst experience ever. Anytime you call Enagic there is a wait of 15 minutes or more. Usually on average your waiting in line behind 10-12 people. The product itself does not work and the company because they are one of the only ones providing this product does not care about their customers. If your considering buying a Kangen Water Machine I suggest you read the reviews on line. I am very disappointed I every got sucked into buying this product.

I can only describe the taste of the water with two humble adjectives - soft and wet. Other than that, zero taste. My first time I drank four 12 oz glasses - and didn't feel bloated. I did feel a subtle "energy lift", like I could think more clearly. I sleep better, as well. I think I've had more REM sleep, which is so crucial to gaining real rest. I see the disinformation out there, but as a health and wellness professional (pharmacy lab), I can attest to real and positive changes thanks to Kangen water.

Buy yourself a couple of 1 gallon Kangen water jugs for about $30 and then come and fill them up at will.

This is a great way to have the benefits of Kangen water now why would you save up for and consider purchasing machine from me.

Never buy a product from Idarli, the manager of the Los Angeles branch, because she has no service after receiving the money.

No matter how you contact the manager of the Los Angeles branch, idarli, email and phone message. You will never get a reply, even after I ask for a replacement mailing address, tell me that the machine has been sold to another customer.

Their answer is always: Manager Idarli is in a meeting, only she can handle it. I don't know when she will call you.

Until now, we have not received any response from Idarli, the Los Angeles branch manager. How can a company that does not have a service but advertises itself as an international brand believe?

Absolutely love our machine, have had it for years with no problems. I give the machine 5 stars but the customer service 3. We sent our machine in for maintenance over a month ago, after it took weeks going back and forth through email just to get the needed paperwork & shipping label to be able to send the machine in. After a month there we have received no updates. I have called in a few times only to be put on hold for over 20 mins. I have left messages requesting a call back. Finally was able to reach a representative today after being on hold for another 20 mins. Theresa, the representative that I spoke with was very rude from the moment she answered the phone and acted put out to answer my questions. They really need to rethink their staff who is representing their company especially after the thousands of dollars customers pay for their product. They certainly can afford either better training or better staff.

It almost feels like Disneyland in the build, the energy and excitement is incredible, people interacting, getting water. Who would ever think getting water could be so exciting, the people lined up for water at times is crazy. I recommend getting your own SD-501 ASAP, so you can experience the water right out of the machine first thing in the morning as I do!! It's better than coffee. It gets you so energized, what a way to start your day!! Looking forward in coming over to trying the water from the new Leveluk K8.

I was kind of shocked reading about some of the bad reviews. Did you guys actually DRINK the water????
I bought mine last year in May. 2 months of drinking it.. I'm no longer needing my acid reflux pills.. Which I had been taking for about 4 years. It has now almost been a year... No need for any pills. And I have never been healthier. I do not go a day without drinking Kangen Water.

This company is state of the art. I find them to be the only ethical water ionizer company operating in the US. There's misinformation posted on the net regarding their pricing, but as a wellness and healthcare professional I did my research on ionizers before I purchased mine.

The reason I find them highly ethical, is that calcium ions bond with electrode plate surfaces during ionization & not only is their system the only one with a built in self-cleaning feature, but for $35 they will open up the electrode chambers and manually clean off the calcium. Something NONE of the competing manufacturers do.

Without doing so, an ionizer becomes ineffective in as little as 6-24 months. While it will still produce alkalinity, the anti-oxidant properties that give ionized water the power to make a tremendous positive impact on one's health, diminish considerably.

Those that sell machines for half price of Enagic's, do so knowing that the benefit is lost to the user in less than a year in most cases, while Enagic's machine, which is a registered medical device in Japan, can easily last upwards of 15 years, producing the same high anti-oxidant properties it did when it was brand new.

Enagic is the Cadillac of the ionizer industry! Hands down. Worth every penny... Myself and my 3 friends/family members who bought the SD501 eight years ago, remain highly satisfied. None of us sell machines. We are just very happy customers. :)

While I see posts below concerning the water being iffy, well that's too bad. sorry you didn't get the full benefit of a GOOD person to assist you in your understanding and use of the waters.

Purchasing from any other company is to NOT get a REAL Ionizing Water Machine that does aide in many, many various types or illness and diseases.

The Machine's filter leaves in the correct minerals while taking out the rest of the very toxic stuff in tap water.

If you've not seen a demonstration that allows you to see what is Acidic and will cause you to continue or to become ill then please contact or look up on Face Book for some one who's a distributor and can help you with this.

The water is ALWAYS free, no charge is allowed for getting water from a Distributor. If you've had issues with this please call Enagic USA HA or the nearest Kangen Water Headquarters in your area. and respost the person as this is an absolute NO NO as per company policy.

ALL Bottled waters are ACIDIC.... The body needs Alkaline water to aide in natural healing power.

I personally am a distributor, my son purchased the latest machine a Kangen8 and is giving water away and was from day one after his machine was delivered..

Yes the machines are a tad pricey but what about your health???

Are you willing to continue to take medications and feel sluggish as you drink tap water which has lye and other contaminantes in it, are you willing to continue to pay for Acidic Bottled water which only bloutes you rather than giving you the boast of the day as the Drinking water from a Kangen Water machine does??? Do you desire to become sodium by Deficient drinking RO Water which you can purchase from various companies or gotten at the Water Machine in some Chain stores like Walmart???

I won't. I became very i'll drinking RO water from Walmart and required surgery due to passing out due to a lack of Sodium and Potasium.

I love love love my SD501 Kangen water ionizer! No more high blood pressure, no high cholesterol, no more dry eye syndrome. No Spring and Fall allergies and no acid reflux now! I haven't been sick in the five years I have had my machine! No more toxic cleaning products in my home. I can clean, disinfect and do the laundry with the different waters my licensed medical device produces. Would never be without it!

I WANT A REFUND!!!! I have an unopened box with a machine in it. They refuse to give me a refund as it is pass their 30 policy. I was moving houses and forgot about the deadline. Their customer service is crap, I don't need this machine as he house I moved into has a amazing water system already. IF ANYONE WANTS A MACHINE LET ME KNOW AS I WILL GIVE A MASSIVE DISCOUNT!!! I purchased my Enagic Kangen System in 2010...I Love this machine....My family does not drink any other water...My husband and I do not go on vacation without it ...One of the best better, health investments I ever made...along with my "Vitamix" I purchased over 20 years ago ...LOVE IT :)

When you have a 10 year old unit and still working like a brand new. I don't get it why people don't understand the word "quality" worth the price.

I have always lived a healthy life style and do not include junk food in my diet so I think for those who don't have a healthy regime it would be noticeable I do like the taste of the water besides that my allergy has not improved one bit and it has been 2 years since I have had the machine. Overall, in my opinion, the management and administration of the company has gone down the hill, the service of the company is grossly unacceptable, from rude & argumentative cust. rep to unethical & 'don't give a crap' staff/ managers. I actually found out that one of the staff ran my CC card payment twice in 2 months without my authorization. The only reason anyone would do something dishonest and illegal is because greed is the motivation. You are only as strong as your weakest link, any company's image is represented by their employee, and the culture gets trickled down from the top.I don't believe this is an accidental bad apple of the bunch. You decide for yourself if this is a worthy company to do business with.

Tried to get an under-counter water machine but was told I have to find a distributor to get it done. I've tried and cannot find a distributor anywhere. This is so stupid

We enjoyed a demonstration including several testimonials. Clean bathrooms and also great staff who answered my questions and they also have the different Enagic models for you to see and receive water from as well as a display of the products available to purchase. Also lots of space and back drops to shoot photos and videos. I had a better experience then I expected!!

I purchased my SD501 back in July of 2008. The water produced by this Life Science Apparatus has been the ONLY water I have consumed since then. The water has played a significant role in maintaining excellent health! My unit being almost 7 years old has been properly maintained and I have had zero issues with it! Kangen Water was a blessing that came into my life and I have witnessed amazing things over the years that have happened in peoples health just drinking the water.

Purchasing one of these units is a wonderful way to address the looming shortage of fresh water worldwide in that I do not support the bottled water industry who poach precious water supplies just to sell back to markets at a premium which fatally harms the eco-structure of small third world countries and even areas of the U.S.

Lastly, the other, functional waters that the SD501 produce have become very useful in my household as a sustainably green & non toxic way to clean and disinfect!
