Absolutely love our machine, have had it for years with no problems. I give the machine 5 stars but the customer service 3. We sent our machine in for maintenance over a month ago, after it took weeks going back and forth through email just to get the needed paperwork & shipping label to be able to send the machine in. After a month there we have received no updates. I have called in a few times only to be put on hold for over 20 mins. I have left messages requesting a call back. Finally was able to reach a representative today after being on hold for another 20 mins. Theresa, the representative that I spoke with was very rude from the moment she answered the phone and acted put out to answer my questions. They really need to rethink their staff who is representing their company especially after the thousands of dollars customers pay for their product. They certainly can afford either better training or better staff.
