What great service! Super professional and got the job done, no problems.

The worse ever!!!!!!!! i called for a tow at about 430 they say any where up to 90 mins before the come. i let them knpw my phone was dying and that i was going to be in my car. they say they called me 20 times hmmm hard to believe that they was on the wrong block i called them tryin to find out where they at they said i wasnt there i was sitting in my car for 4 hours when they came it was like 930 the worse customer service i seen 11 i just made it home NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEM

I dealt with Gieco to help set everything up (since it was covered under my insurance).

My car was not starting and the wheel was off the rim after an accident, and the service was above and beyond. It was like 20 degrees outside and night and they came within 30 minutes, called 10 minutes before to let me know they'll be there, and was very careful in towing my car.

It was a flatbed tow truck they use. And they did their thing.

A few days later, I had to bring the car to the repair show. Again, called Gieco, set it up through EMS. Said 15-20 minutes. Guy called 15 minutes in saying he needs 10 more minutes, which was fine. And showed up 10 minutes later. Got the car and delivered it to the body shop, who confirmed they got it.

Reasonable price, came in quick, first they check my car, they found it's the battery, the driver jump with his tool & my car start, though i tried in from other car before, it wasn't worked, may be have very strong jump kit to power up the car & it works. I wouldn't have to tow the car, i just went to the pep Boys to replace the battery, they save my money, bcoz i supposed to take it to the dealer & u know, dealer is always expensive.

Towed our van out to LI via AAA... Rich was the man! super accommodating and quick, probably made for one of the most pleasant drives to LI I've ever had. Couldn't recommend enough!

This place is very unprofessional. They will steal your things out of your vehicle if left at their location.

They are listed at one business location but they do business from a total different address (Go figure).

Whatever you do don't leave your property with them or in their custody. You have been warned.

The worst. Liars. Held car for over 24 hours, lies about where the car is. Drops off the car at dealership with no signature, dealership unaware car was taken

Driver was delayed but kept me apprised of his status. When he arrived he was pleasant. Took good care of my car. Would call again if I have the need (hopefully I never do).

I called them to ask for a tow. Gave me an estimated time of 45 mins. A hour and half passes and still no sight of any tow truck. Literally waited in my car for the duration of the estimated time and just decided to call someone else and they came in less than 20 mins. Extreamly unprofessional. Please avoid.

They got to my location fast, very professional I would definitely recommend them..

Quick responds when you call and very highly reliable. I'm going to work when my car broke in the belt pkwy. I called five company tow truck to help me and no one wants to do their job, even 911 put me on hold, it's crazy. I search online on my phone, I saw this company 5 stars and give it a try, desperate for a help. They responds quickly after you call and wait only for 15 or 20 minutes. Highly recommended, if there's a 10 stars I'll give them. Super Thanks:)

Grossly unprofessional! Called my insurance company for roadside assistance and was given a 90 minute ETA (7:33am). At 8:00am called EMS directly and was told 8:30. Insurance co called at 8:30 and were told 8:53. At 9:05 I received a call from the driver saying that he would arrive in 10 mins (and he confirmed the wrong address). What a joke! Some people just don t belong in the service industry. They don t even deserve one star.

I had my 01 jetta towed with this company before from nyc to connecticut The experience was awesome. I was referred to them by aaa and never heard about them before. They get the job done and they are easy to contact(contacted them several times) I highly recommend this company for your long or short distance towing needs.
