I dealt with Gieco to help set everything up (since it was covered under my insurance).

My car was not starting and the wheel was off the rim after an accident, and the service was above and beyond. It was like 20 degrees outside and night and they came within 30 minutes, called 10 minutes before to let me know they'll be there, and was very careful in towing my car.

It was a flatbed tow truck they use. And they did their thing.

A few days later, I had to bring the car to the repair show. Again, called Gieco, set it up through EMS. Said 15-20 minutes. Guy called 15 minutes in saying he needs 10 more minutes, which was fine. And showed up 10 minutes later. Got the car and delivered it to the body shop, who confirmed they got it.
