Grossly unprofessional! Called my insurance compan...

Grossly unprofessional! Called my insurance company for roadside assistance and was given a 90 minute ETA (7:33am). At 8:00am called EMS directly and was told 8:30. Insurance co called at 8:30 and were told 8:53. At 9:05 I received a call from the driver saying that he would arrive in 10 mins (and he confirmed the wrong address). What a joke! Some people just don t belong in the service industry. They don t even deserve one star.
