Lackluster experience. Communication was often unclear, and the organization of the event left much to be desired. The team seemed overwhelmed, which affected the overall execution. Not the level of professionalism expected, and I would hesitate to recommend their services.

The services of EMS-Events are very reasonable. Last month i used the services of EMs and they deliver all the services in very cheap rate.

We are a small business who were keen to set up a long term relationship with EMS Events. On the day of our event (performance), we were entirely let down by the company. They forgot our event and turned up 2 hours and 15minutes late after the agreed time. Our 100 cast members and 200 audience members were quite literally sat waiting for EMS to arrive and set up. We decided to go ahead without EMS Events support - even though the lighting we ordered were integral to our event. At this point, EMS Events arrived and we as a company began to look very unprofessional as the technician and our staff raced around the auditorium setting up lighting amongst the audience members. Shall not be working with EMS Events again. So badly let down.
