The folks were great from the sales team to the installers and support. The no pressure and professional sales team got me interested. After lots of homework, I came back a year later. After signing on, they hit every deadline as per the way they laid it out. The install team was great. They were very professional, quick, clean and thorough. The post install checklist was quite comprehensive. Best of all, the system has been running no issue for months. My electric bill was around 11 or 12 bucks last month and it'll be the same this month. I'm already overproducing electric, so these credits will go forward so I can use them in November, December, and January when I don't produce as much. They handle all the permitting. I received all permits and my final certificates of completion from the town building department as promised. Great team behind an excellent product. If you are expecting to be in your current home for many years to come, the investment is worth looking at. I recommend you put these folks on your short list of vendors to research.

As a company I feel they do a very nice job. From the beginning, they explain all the steps and how the timing of everything that is going to happen will unfold. There were no surprises. The salesman explained the process and answered all of our questions. The installation went very smoothly. We are extremely satisfied with the panels and would highly recommend EmPower to everyone..

When considering Solar I knew I wanted to go with SunPower and I was lucky to find EmPower as a Master Dealer and installer. Matt was very courteous, professional and very responsive to our questions. He was extremely patient with us as he explained the technology behind solar panels, the process of getting the panels installed, and helped us explore various options until we found the one that fitted our needs. If you are thinking about getting solar panels, I would recommend Matt as the person to talk to.

Sunpower is a super professional company that made it very easy to get the best quality solar system with no money down and with all the help from the company's staff. They are all very professional and follow up consistently, answering all my questions, were on time and thorough,iIt has been a pleasure to work with then. Now I am looking forward to years of saving money and saving carbon emissions. A total win/ win.

I bought a large system in 2015, for the cost of a decent BMW. It's been great! ...until the wifi dongle (communicates with the internet to tell you how much power the system is producing) died. Sunpower didn't notify me it died, I only found out when my end of month report said I wasn't producing any electricity any more. Cost to replace: $900. Tough luck, customer service said, but the warranty expired a couple months ago. A+ customer service, guys. Way to go.

I can not say enough good things about this company and I m not even going to use them! Corey was completely upfront and honest with me-we simply did not have a good roof for solar and the cost would not be worth the benefit. He spent an hour of his time convincing me why it would be a bad idea when just the day before my husband was ready to sign a contract with a different company to have them installed. Corey saved us so much time and money with his honesty, integrity and professionalism! How refreshing to meet someone that is genuinely honest. If you want a completely sincere opinion as to whether or not solar would be a good option for you, then call this company!! I don t even want to consider what a huge mistake I would have made if I hadn t!

We originally met with Matt Brill to learn about the solar programs offered by EmPower. We didn't feel pressured from him like we did with salespeople from other solar companies, and he explained the programs in a clear and easy to understand manner. We eventually chose to purchase the panels, and EmPower kept in touch every step of the way, from securing the solar loan and village permits to system design and installation. My husband oversaw the installation and said the technicians were very respectful and kept him in the loop regarding progress and explained basic system function afterwards.

Empower was very professional in their assessment of our Solar Power requirements and in their design and execution of the installation. Everything was completed as proposed and as scheduled. After more than a year in service, the system is operating well. I would recommend Empower for future Solar Power installations.

I was thoroughly impressed with EmPower's whole process - from initial sales consultation to communication with project management through to installation. Our saleswoman, Georgia, was very communicative and knowledgeable about the whole process.

All of the appointments along each step of the process was carried out on time and professionally. For no good reason, I thought it would be a slog to get through permitting and have multiple days where people were banging on my roof, and I'm pleased to report zero resemblance to my expectations. Permits went through quickly and everything was installed in one day.

The installation foreman, Mike, was great to work with and his crew (Dean and Bert) were both also super efficient on a 90 degree day with LOTS of humidity. Many thanks to these guys for working so quickly on such a terribly hot day.

EmPower by SunPower highly recommended, I did a lot of research before decided to go with EmPower by SunPower, their proposal was not the cheaper but I would say they are the best. Great communication, an assigned project manager handling your project from start to finished and let you know every step of the way in progress. The crews that installing the system did an excellent jobs, good workmanship and they not using cheap material.

My system commissioned couple days ago, I have sixteen X22 360 watt panel, it produced average 27 kWh/day even its not 100% sunny day, it cover all my daily electric usage with spare to sent back to the grid.

Still waiting for final inspection to close out the building Dept permit, according to my project manager it takes approximately a month, will update that when certificate of completion received.

It s too early to say 100% satisfy will update from time to time for a long terms review for the progress of the system reliability and stability of power production.

Great service from the initial sale until the installation. I was kept informed and my questions were always answered quickly. Installation crew was great and did a fantastic job.

Empower installed our solar system (21 panels) 2 1/2 years ago (May 2018). After the site inspection and design were all completed and the contract signed, the installation was completed in 1 (long) day. Kudos to their expert team of installers!

It has performed flawlessly since that time and delivered, to date (January 2021), 107% of our energy usage! Late this fall 2020 we passed the 20,000 KWH mark! Last May (2020), as we were entering the air-conditioning season, our production stood at almost 120% of usage.

These guys are great! VERY professional, lots of hand holding and follow-up. They took care of all of the paper work and made sure everything was done correctly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about installing solar. And the App for checking solar production is awesome -- lots of fun logging in periodically to see how we're doing.

From start to finish, the whole process went so smooth. There was constant updates about the different stages our project and all the staff were very helpful. The actual install was completed in one day and the crew were great. There was really no effort on our part, Empower did all the work. Thanks again.

Great experience from start to finish. Ed (our sales rep) was friendly, knowledgeable and never pushy. The team that helped us through the paperwork (including permitting from the town) were always willing and able to answer my questions and kept us to to date with status reports.
