Great experience from start to finish. Ed (our sales rep) was friendly, knowledgeable and never pushy. The team that helped us through the paperwork (including permitting from the town) were always willing and able to answer my questions and kept us to to date with status reports. The install team was quick, efficient and as neat as can be. And our electric bill is nearly non-existent now. Best decision we could have made for our home! Thanks EmPower team!
