#1 Friday around 1 pm a security guard told me if I get there early I could unload my load. Got there sat at 9am and a very nice security guard helped me but was told by workers that I would have to come back Monday.

#2 Empire cat if you have people there on the weekends choose one person to be able to sign a delivery drivers paperwork. It makes me very angry that there are people there and I can unload them myself and yall don't have a person that can sign my paperwork.

Chance Jacobs, the work tool specialist will get you the right parts and right tooling for caterpillar or allied. He called multiple people to make sure the tooling would work for the application. It s been painless working with him and when he gives you his word he means it! Thank you

My car broke down at this place all weekend long and the security was very very nice give me enough time to get it out of there and kept an eye on it and I really appreciate them

Very friendly workers. I came in for a short tour and walked through the shop that works on the big engines, and was approached a few times by the mechanics working who took time to stop and ask me if I needed any help. They were really friendly and even showed me some cool stuff they were working on. Very professional. I hope I can come back again sometime to learn more.

Pleanty of room for unloading and accomodating multiple trucks at a time. Yard crew work fast and safe.

Have been a Long time customer. For 50 years. Own many caterpillars. Pre ordered parts drove to this store from Buckeye which is on the west side of Phoenix
Received the WORST customer service in parts department with Austin. Waited 30 minutes for parts. Again pre-ordered them. Finally after waiting 30 minutes asked an older guy for my order and he immediately got my order. Very courtesy.DON'T KNOW WHAT THE HELL was AUSTIN'S problem was. Has a very bad attitude needs to work on his customer service or be fired. All he had to do was walk over to the left portion of the counter to get my order.

Worked with the company on many occasions. They were flashy and spendy and ultimately, their over-spending caused their company to fire 70% of their work force.

Chance Jacobs goes above and beyond to help with whatever the situation might be. The words "I don't know" are NOT in his vocabulary. He is a true problem solver!!! A true "10" at all times.

For some reason Caterpillar has still decided not to put O rings on parts that obviously need a new O ring. It would be ok if they trained their parts personnel to inform the customer of this. Sometimes it comes with it and sometimes it doesn t. So here I sit with an 1800$ injection pump and no o ring to install it. Now I have to call and make more work, lost time and frustration for all parties involved. I am sure Caterpillar will Still do nothing to fix this problem. I just had to vent before I waste half a day get a stupid o ring. Thanks for nothing.

Would not recommend working in the crc powertrain with Josh Powell. Belittles employees and down talks every chance he gets. Makes it very clear that you are not valued as an employee, and just a number. Employees are under paid and not appreciated.

I had to pick up a piece of equipment in Phoenix and needed a bucket. Since it was about 4:00 on Friday I knew I was in trouble. Then I was lucky enuff to call Empire and speak to Chance. He went above and beyond trying to help me and made sure that I didn t go back to New Mexico without what I needed. They were so great that they made arrangements for a late pickup. Only thing I am disappointed with is that I dio not live closer to them because they would make my job so much easier. Thank you Chase!
