In April of 2013 I had a vehicle wrap put on my truck for my company Green Side Up! Trying to get the best value for the money I discussed the life expectancy of the product vs. Paint. I contacted Joe Richter at Empire Graphics, LLC in Hampstead NC. Joe told me the manufacturer had a 3 year warranty against premature weathering and the wrap, with proper care could last much longer. After the install I was provided with a "Care and Warranty " sheet , which states the product has a 3 year warranty from the manufacturer against premature weathering. Super! Last October (2.5 years) I noticed that the hood and roof were fading and cracking. I contacted Joe Richter at Empire Graphics about the issue . Joe provided an estimate for over $700 to "repair" the issue at my expense. I referred to his warranty and he acted helpless and said he would have to contact the manufacturer, Orocal about the issue. Nothing. While waiting to hear back from Joe I contacted Orocal myself only to find out they offer no warranty for my issue. Empire Graphics says their hands are tied and that they can do nothing about my issue. They are whom I purchased the wrap from and they are the provider of the "care and warranty" sheet stating the warranty. So they are responsible for the coverage. The more I press him, he is now out right lying about the situation. People ask on a daily basis "who did the grapics on your truck?" I have to tell this story to everyone that asks that question. It has been difficult to deal with Empire Graphics over the years as we have other items we contacted them about only to be ignored. We wanted a window perf for my wife 's car as well as business cards and other miscellaneous items Empire Graphics offers . I am Extremely frustrated with their poor customer service and total lack of desire to stand behind their product!
They did a wrap for my work truck. It turned out amazing. They were really easy to communicate with. They made an amazing design, that is eye catching and we couldn't be happier!

Absolutely AMAZING. Joe and team worked day and night to make sure that the wrap done to the car was not excellent, but PERFECT. Every single panel was pulled, and every corner was touched. They took their time and did it right the first time and it looks FANTASTIC. Joe sent me pics along the way as they made their progress, and he also quite legitimately challenged me on some of the artistic questions which was more than appreciated. In the end, the finished product was more than I could have expected and without a doubt, I would HIGHLY recommend Empire to do any wrap job. I can't say enough.

Empire got quotes for my wall decals quickly. They were also able to make a banner for me in less than 24hrs and the design was amazing! I will be using Empire for all of my design needs from now on. They saved me the frustration of designing and ordering myself and the quality and look was 100 times better than I could have come close to. Its safe to say I'll be using Empire for the remainder of my projects.

Updated 10/19/18: the first time I had them make me some signs I designed the graphics myself. Wow I thought they looked really good and they had done an excellent job with the printing it was a mistake for me to design my own . I went to head and a few weeks after I bought the original signs I paid them to make me custom signs that they develop themselves. All I can say is wow, the graphics on the sign look so professional in amazing. I wish I would have had the common sense to let the professionals do their work the first time . However I am extremely happy with the result of the second set of signs and cannot say enough about how great these guys are.
So look, if you live in the Wilmington area and you need any kind of graphic work done then you need to call these guys. They are super reasonably priced compared to stores in Downtown Wilmington, the work they did for me was about half that of what other stores in the local area charge. Not only that but they are about some of the coolest people to talk to and make you feel right at home while they are doing the work for you. They communicate well and and you can't go wrong for your wallet or for the experience if you hire these gentlemen. And guess what, the quality of their work is also professional as it comes.

Joe and Adam are the best in the area when it comes to design and wrapping vehicles. We have had 5 vehicles fully wrapped by them and would never consider going anywhere else even it was half the price. The quality of work from design to install is unmatched in the area.
I had another designer work with me on designing my van wrap. Afterwords I emailed it to Matt and Joe. After printing a small portion of the layout they recommended going with solid colors and worked with me on finding the perfect color of blue. After the van was wrapped it looked incredible.
I've waited to see how it would hold up over one year to leave review. Honestly I was surprised at how well it's lasted. The colors are still vibrant.
It was money well spent. It didn't take long for the calls to start pouring in from people spotting my van. I've had neighbors come out and ask for maintenance agreements and estimates, when I'm out at clients homes. Many thought I owned a franchise because Matt designed some outstanding business cards and license tags that went along with my wrap. Since then Matt has designed my HVAC equipment outdoor stickers. I've had one neighbor call from our equipment stickers and I've only been putting them on in the last couple of months or so.
Currently I'm having Matt/Joe work up a quote on having some magnets and envelopes created and printed. After that's done I'm having some folders designed printed.
Due to the vehicle wrap and marketing my company has seen a substantial growth. I'm in the process of hiring two more technicians and a install crew which means I have to buy more vehicles. I credit my success with investing into a vehicle wrap, branding that image to the website, business cards, license tags, equipment stickers, and etc.
I do highly recommend them for vehicle wraps to business cards. They do an outstanding job.
*The only complaint would be the time it takes them to respond to your emails. Because it's just two of them in the shop it sometimes can take up to 3 weeks to hear back from them. If it wasn't for that, I'd give them five stars. They were a little bit more expensive but the quality of work speaks for itself. You pay for what you get. After seeing wraps coming off of vans, I'm glad I came to Empire!
