Can't rate lower but currently here until I find something else it is beyond disturbing pay minimum wage and they are lax as hell meaning they tell you it's one way until they wanna change it basically. Bed bugs a plenty they continue to just cover it up with nightly sprays of vinegar water lol. Also don't expect to actually be treated as a person your basically a number to them all the trainers are nice one you hit floor all added and fake peeps.

They are very unprofessional! They hire anyone who walks through the door. The "managers" and "supervisors" are a joke. I worked there for a couple weeks and quickly realized how ghetto and disgusting it was.

Worst place to work! Managers will yell at you while you're on the phone with customers! Then they get upset when the customer hears it and hangs up and the manager blame you!

They are always hiring........ Look people please don't listen to what Justin norell has to say. This place does so much for people. Gives lots of people a great chance to start over. Now Justin was pretty wrong in alot of things he did while working here. Given chances and still had to get fired because of his own actions.... If you're looking for a job this place is great for it. Not to mention they really do promote from within

Because my stupid criminal record threw me out of the running to get hired even though they offered me the job I don't hate the company I hate the conditions of their job offer

My new job is with Emperion Constar. They have a great training program, nice work environment & wonderful people.

Empereon marketing is a horrible place to work. Seats are very uncomfortable, computers barley work and are older than dirt, supervisors are no older than 23... employees and supervisors smoke Marijuana on their lunch break... everyone is so immature. You can't even listen to the phone call you are on because everyone is yelling! Lame excuse for a call center!! Ps. I worked there for 1 year and hated my life.

Just tried to call and my call was dropped almost immediately. The person sounded far away and the call was very choppy. I couldn't understand a thing they said. They told me my call would be transferred and that's when it dropped, or maybe they just hung up.

It's an easy way to get paid, but it is still work. Don't expect to do nothing and have things work out. Show up on time, be professional, and have a good attitude and you can do well here.

I hate this place! The management sucks! No morale!

Awful place to work. Drugs are sold on site and nothing is done to offenders. Too many complaints to list, if you have another place to work go there...run there and don't look back!!

Soooo more than half of everything Justin N had to say was true. They have bedbugs, management SUCKS but the people are okay. They have people who have worked there for awhile and they haven't gotten any raise whatsoever not only that but they don't pay bilingual agents fairly nor treat them fairly. Worst place to work tbh but it's a job. AVOID working here at any cost. I stuck through till I got a new job and thankfully I got my old job back. Seriously don't know how or why the others stay most likely only cause they we're either promised positions they won't get or because they obv can't get any other job than the one they have.

Empereon promises you promotions and a bonus structure but what you get is the shaft. You work a straight 4-5 hours without a bathroom break then you get a half hour to eat smoke pee. Try to find HR they are no where to be found. Get harassed and want to file a complaint you have to fit that into your half hour so forget eating or peeing hold that bladder until you get home! Your shift gets changed almost weekly and often without telling you so you come in late and you will get written up as if you should know they changed it again! The managers are bully's that belittle and badger employees in front of their coworkers. So not only do you get yelled at but then 50 people come up to you asking why. The bathrooms stink. In training they explained why we cant have paper towels because they cost to much and all this for minimum wage. Oh yeah and you owe them because you have to have a headset which they charge $75 for and a badge $5 these are what you need to get the job and you pay them for it but when you leave you get $34 back but MUST turn in the badge you paid for. The managers threaten employees daily that they will be fired for anything. The real people getting screwed are the clients because Empereon charges them an arm and a leg while treating employees like slave labor. The lunch fridge is jammed with peoples food. Hundreds of employees and one fridge...just jam it in and good luck finding it in the half hour they give you. I cant tell you how bad this place is but instead of Empereon it should be called Devils Island if that gives you a clue. Find somewhere else to work and avoid this place it is horrible unless you like rap blasting in your ear while trying to help a customer, holding your bladder and wishing you were anywhere but Empereon. I would call it hell but its too damn cold they keep air conditioning down low so you need a jacket even in the summer months. Don't put anything in the lockers you don't want stolen and if it is don't ask HR...where are they when will they be back? I was wrong to call Empereon, Devils Island I am sure Devils Island was a better place.

The pay is 10.50/hr , plus bonuses and commission. You have to pay for your name badge and headset. The badge is $5 and the headset is $75. They will split the cost and take it out of your first and second check. They have a high turn over rate so the lady who interviewed me had only been with the company two weeks and the trainer had been there 6 months. I could tell its very easy to move up their corporate ladder, if you can afford to invest the time. They don't drug test and i can't remember if they did a background. They have a very strict no phone policy. A young man got written up for having his phone in his pocket during training. There was a brief computer knowledge test prior to the interview, there were 4 candidates and 1 interviewer in the interview. The interview was very short and simple, we all got the job. Seems like a good first job or a job for high school students.

I worked her for almost 2 1/2 years never did drugs at work like most the employees including management always was on time for my shift got excellent reviews on my training classes and they decided that it would be a good idea to let me go. Place is ran like the Mafia If the the manager boys club doesn't like you nobody does. Very unprofessional literally everyone there who isn't on the phones is a scammer. Most departments have bed bugs and will fire you if they find out you try and go to Human Resources. Very terrible work environment. Worst job I've ever had. Wouldn't go back for 60k a year let alone minimum wage.

This place is very dirty. Desperately needs a new coat of paint and some antibacterial wipes.

My little sister work here, and was treated like pure trash, and was threatened to be terminated if she took any legal action when she was reporting assualt and harassment by another employee to human resources.

What a joke of a company, both the PA Office and AZ Office are hired third party by companies such as Charter Communications to harass you multiple times a day for "promotional offers."

I would give one star but Google won't allow it.

I quit working at Empereon over 2 months ago, I am still waiting on my last paycheck that they say I should ve got already *news flash I havent*, I call every day and get told I d be called back but never do. It s very unprofessional the way they are handling this. Also you don t get your commission if you don t remind them the Monday before payday exactly what your commission is.

I don't know where to begin without already getting emotional.. So while l was working my water broke while l was on the call with the customer. The customer could hear me scream in agony as l was in pain. Empereon rushed to me.I was about ready to give up while l was delivering and they started reading me scripture to empower me. Empereon helped me deliver. The customer could hear Empereon being there for me. 200 years later, now, I am a single Mother. A strong warrior now because of Empereon. Empereon always said that they are family oriented and l took their hand when l fell off my chair and needed the Heimlich maneuver. Not only will they be there for you, but they're there to be there for you. Thank you so much Empereon. Bless you. And also please send someone to open the door right now. I'm locked outside and forgot my badge. It's almost been an hour.

I used to work there. At first it was a good job and everyone was nice, but once you have been there for a while and you move up you have to watch your back. They are nothing but 2 faced and back stabbing people. I would not go back there if it was the last job on Earth. If I could give it negative stars it would be a -10. All of the bad the bad things everyone is saying about this place is 100% true!

The class was unreasonable to the point where learning something is impossible. Ruby who is the trainer should not be a trainer because she doesn't know how to confront people she's very disrespectful every move a person makes she is threatening to fire.she want to discipline you for doing something against the rules but then ask you to do it. Bedbugs! Unreasonable goals with forced all day shifts when not hit

Place is horrible to work for unless you like working with junkies everyday and they don't do anything about it.people doing drugs in parking lot and bathroom throughout the day. Place is a horrible pace for anyone to work unless you are a junkie.

Worst place I've ever worked at.The supervisors are on Coke and management knows it and they don't do anything about it.Supervisors sexually harass agents and HR does nothing about it That's why there is a sexual harrasment lawsuit against them .The place always smells like marijuana nobody gets held accountable if you go to HR you're more likely to get fired than have an issue resolved.I've gone to HR 1 time about my phone getting stolen and basically what HR said was the more people that we accuse the more work we have to do.There has been at least 30 cases of bed bugs since I've worked there The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting And if you are not the supervisors favorite person you're probly gonna get fired. The floor coming to work for this hell hole Consider Uber or lyft .

If I could give it a zero I would. Let me start by saying this is absolutely by far the worst job I ve ever had. Not only is it minimum wage & biweekly, but you don t really get commission (Directv department). They trick you into thinking it s a family environment, DO NOT BE FOOLED. This is a dead end job. Aside from one team lead Theresa, the rest of the staff is rude & condescending. They don t really care what you have going on in your personal life, you just better not miss any days. Communication between Leads, Supervisors & managers is unprofessional. Once again DON T BE FOOLED BY THE COMMISION PROMISES!! Not saying you won t get any, I m saying they ll do everything in their power to make sure you don t like make up script rules even though they re the ones who provide the script, they can pick and choose what is an acceptable sale. You re better off frying chicken for Popeyes

I LOVE working here!!! Great pay, overtime opportunities available, benefits, local and national discounts for soooo many neighboring businesses!!! These guys REALLY take care of their employees!

They are a established well rounded call center coming from an ex employee that hated working there. I got to give it to them. Been in business for shoot at least 15 years in the same location. That says 1 of 2 things. You be the boss of that.

Computers dont work system crash bonuses are never given bathrooms nasty and roach infested lockers are sticky managers play favorites fights all up and down the halls nasty smelly fridges broken coffee maker lazy human resource management small parking lot not enough chairs to sit in on the production floor filthy keyboards cracked computer screens super visors listen to calls to fire you no t.p in bathrooms or soap the sinks no good vending machines steal money management sexually harrases and stalks you outside of work and no paycheck being paid. They fired my black ass for trying to improve

Not necessarily hard work. But hard workers are necessary.

I have submitted an application for employment here and now I'm waiting for a response from the employer.
