As an investor, it s sketchy and if you read reports; you should run away !
Management Fees are high and the performance of the portfolio is not promising as it keeps declining.
AVOID INVESTMENT! You can invest in Gold or Fixed Income. It s much safer !
Emirates REIT / Equitativa is not a good working environment.
They fired about 70 people in one year which makes it an insane ratio ( the company has only 20 persons). It s a toxic environment as you will not feel at ease and if you want job security this is not the place.
Management is bad and HR is so weak !
