Absolutely love this place! Cafe food is always so fresh and delicious. Soups and sandwiches are fantastic. Everything is fresh and made to order!

They are wonderful from start to finish! We used Emily s for our daughters wedding and I cannot rave enough about the professionalism and food! They went over and beyond! Will definitely use them again!!

Emily's Cafe & Catering is top notch!! I HIGHLY recommend them!! I work for Wolfgang Puck Catering and even my Executive Chef, who was present at our wedding, raved about the food! Jenn is a ROCKSTAR!! Our wedding would not have been as amazing as it was without Jenn and her wonderful team!!! Emily's Cafe is not only a great place to stop by and grab a bit to eat for lunch or dinner but it is also an amazing catering business. Highly recommended for weddings or other parties! My wife & I had our wedding catered by Emily's Cafe and did a buffet style dinner for out backyard wedding and it was one of the biggest hits of the wedding. People even years later still rave about the food from our wedding. The process of working with Emily's Cafe was also really good in working within our budget and making sure to work within those budgetary constraints but still work to give us the type of food and quality we were looking for. Highly, highly HIGHLY recommend Emily's Cafe. I couldn't say it enough.

So glad I worked with Emily's. They catered a fairly involved party in Philadelphia, and it was seamless and joyful from start to finish. I relied on Emily's a lot for menu decisions and even linens & decor, and everything was just right. Guests were all really pleased, the facility was dead impressed (they seemed almost surprised, I guess there are some considerably less professional caterers). The staff were right on everything and smart & responsive. Emily's pulled off this event in an unfamiliar space 40 miles from their kitchens, in a snow storm, and they just got it all exactly right.

Tasty food at good prices, good service nice ambiance and good vegetarian options.

I just attended a wedding catered by Emily's Catering, and I must say that the food was exceptional! As a vegetarian, I often assume that I will have little to eat and should fill up on the cheese apps, but I was astounded at the selection! There were pizzas, hot appetizers, vegetarian friendly courses, and a delicious vegan eggplant dish. Thank you, Jim and Emily!

My son Will and his wife Jane got married at Glenmore farm September 29, 1918. It was just the most amazing weekend. People are still talking about EMILY S CATERING . The food was Incredibly tasty- that you could only get with the highest-quality ingredients. So easy to work with. Well priced. I can t recommend her enough. I wish we had another family wedding coming. When we do, I m sure they ll use EMILY S. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. And GLENMORE FARM. Incredible

This review is for their catering services...

I don't even know where to start - they have been WONDERFUL every step of the way! We used them for our wedding weekend last weekend at the Mountain Lakes House in Princeton (and for our rehearsal dinner). First off, they hosted an amazing tasting when we tried them out over a year ago. Then, over the course of the year, their events manager, Sam, worked with me via email to patiently answer all my questions and work with our rental vendors to make sure everything went smoothly. Though at times I was months away from my wedding, she would answer my questions with as much haste as if I were having my wedding tomorrow.

Then when it came to the day of the entire staff was INCREDIBLE! I was running over an hour late but they worked on setting everything up based on previous email directions and when I finally got there everything looked stunning and perfect as if I would have done it myself (and I was very picky on the decor!) They were super kind with working with us and for us, putting out about 60 luminaries on a walk way and telling our bridal party they didn't need to move a finger. The staff was timely, professional and extremely considerate all night. And the team worked really well with a stressed bride - they knew just what to say and do :-) They made their own spreads absolutely beautiful, bringing in their own flowers/leaves for decor that complimented my own. When we forgot to put out the dessert menu that my friend worked hard on, they worked as a quick team to put it out under the desserts while guests were vying for slices of cake and did so in such a beautiful and kind fashion.

I truly can't say enough about this company's kindness, professionalism, work ethic, patience and overall style. If you are in the area and getting married, you will likely be sorry if you don't hire Emily's to cater your event. They are simply the best.

And with all of that, you might think that the food would be so-so. Its not. The food itself was what originally sold us on Emily's. Everything has such unique, well-blended flavors but for the average person. We had a coffee BBQ brisket that was to die for and for the rehearsal the chef made us some lavender chicken and a eggplant napoleon that everyone was raving about. Outside of raving about the staff and hospitality, we had so many guests come up to us and tell us how good the food was. And of course our reply was "We know." ;-)

Our family is a huge fan of Emily s! We had a wedding celebration two weeks ago and it was a beautiful, delicious event, thanks to a great part to Beth, Christina and the wonderful chef and staff. Christina initially met with me to review the menu and flow of the day. Since the bride and groom are vegan, the menu was a bit different and they were up to the task. Christina and the chef tweaked the menu to fit our needs and ideas. Then, Beth came to our home to make sure that the flow would work and offered suggestions about the rentals. Then, she coordinated the changes. The night before the event, my over broke and after texts and calls, Beth arranged for a rental. Mother Nature did not cooperate but we were prepared with a tent and the staff did not miss a beat. Our guests loved the food and I loved having a professional, caring team take over my kitchen. Thank you!

A nice panini and a very comfortable cafe for me and my lunch companions. It just felt good to be there.

Emily s catered my backyard wedding and everything was perfect. The food was delicious and Emily was so great to work with. The mushroom ravioli is particularly delicious. Highly recommend working with Emily s for catering and events!!

I worked with Emily s for my wedding a few weeks ago and from start to finish they were professional and friendly in every way possible. The food was outstanding (not something you hear much about wedding food) and I am still receiving compliments on how for once the food at a wedding was delicious! I worked with Daniel and beyond being polite and sweet he was so easy to get ahold of and answered all of my questions quickly and made me feel more confident in the execution of my big day. Special thanks to all of the staff who set up my wedding outside, only for it to start down pouring and them having to dry off the chairs so I could live my dream of being married outside at a winery (I don t know if I was able to thank them that day or not it was such a blur). Oh, the food at the cafe is outstanding as well! You will not be disappointed with Emily s!

I worked with Emily's Cafe for my wife's birthday at the Rose Bank Winery. I cannot rave highly enough about our experience. From the planning phase with Jenn, to the execution of delicious farm to table fare, to the service. Every guest with every bite has not stopped talking about it. Thank you so much for a memorable evening! I can't wait to use them again.

Emily's has been my go to place for catering business lunches for the last 10 years. Their presentations are lovely and tastes even better than it looks. They consistently serve high quality food that will please the most discerning palate. They will not disappoint! Their cafe and catering staff are friendly, knowledgeable and a joy to work with.

Certainly a spot worth stopping by, the food is awesome and fresh, the prices are reasonable and it is consistently neat here. Great work.

My daughter and I ordered paninis. Presentation was nice and the sandwiches tasted delicious and were healthy. Price decent and place was comfy. Will definitely come back and try other swiches.

Emily's catered a wedding for my clients at the Mountain Lakes House in Princeton. The staff was so attentive, detailed, and helpful. The food was delicious. With Beth's help, everything we had planned worked out perfectly for our clients. Can't wait to work with Emily's again. Highly recommend.

Emily s was just fantastic from the menu prep to the tasting to the day of. Every detail was thought of and everything was done to make our lives and the even run as smooth as possible. My husband is from the Netherlands, so we wanted to combine American and Dutch cuisine for our wedding. Emily s took the recipes that we gave them and their chefs recreated the dishes perfectly! (Even better than many Dutch cooks my husband stated!) Their staff was kind, knowledgeable and very helpful (especially Samantha).

They definitely made the day run super smoothly and brought to life all of our ideas. Samantha did a great job working together with us and with the wedding venue (WoodsEdge, Stockton, NJ) together they came up with even better suggestions to bring our ideas to life. It was definitely comforting leading up to our reception, knowing that Samantha and the rest of Emily s Cafe staff were in charge.

We enjoyed the next day the plenty of leftovers and we heard many compliments from the family and friends who were around that day after and during the weeks thereafter as Emily's made a great impression on all.

It's been a while since I've had a sit down meal. Normally I am fortunate enough to enjoy their catering at many local events. Emily's sure did not disappoint. I very much enjoyed my lunch and will have to go back more often. Maybe next time I won't resist the tremendous looking deserts.

A caterer should NEVER run out of food after 45 minutes ! How embarrassing to ration entrees when there are only 2 of them, especially after a commitment to replenish with no backup plan in place. Refusing a guest a second small portion is completely UNPROFESSIONAL.
SHAME ON EMILY'S FOR POOR PREP AND CATERING INEPTNESS !

I worked with Emily's for my wedding last Sunday. They were amazing! The food was unbelievable and the staff was great. Christina was my point person and she was wonderful throughout the entire process. She made it so easy for me and had an answer to every question. I only have positive things to say and so did all my guests.

Emily's catered my 50th birthday party and it was fabulous! Samantha helped me plan a unique menu with interesting choices and included options for vegans in our family. Our guests raved about the delicious food. The chefs and servers were friendly and beyond efficient- every detail was tended to with a smile. They left the site where our event was held in as beautiful condition as it was when they arrived. Thank you Emily's!

Emily's Cafe is a cozy place for lunch with a wide selection of delicious soups, salads and sandwich's. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. I often go there by myself with a book and enjoy the atmosphere as well as the food.
