Our family is a huge fan of Emily s! We had a wedding celebration two weeks ago and it was a beautiful, delicious event, thanks to a great part to Beth, Christina and the wonderful chef and staff. Christina initially met with me to review the menu and flow of the day. Since the bride and groom are vegan, the menu was a bit different and they were up to the task. Christina and the chef tweaked the menu to fit our needs and ideas. Then, Beth came to our home to make sure that the flow would work and offered suggestions about the rentals. Then, she coordinated the changes. The night before the event, my over broke and after texts and calls, Beth arranged for a rental. Mother Nature did not cooperate but we were prepared with a tent and the staff did not miss a beat. Our guests loved the food and I loved having a professional, caring team take over my kitchen.
