We have chosen to rely on Emilcom after making the decision to leave our previous telephone operator and the Internet and, after three months, we can say that we have done the right thing!

The transition was completely transparent and painless, the phones and the Internet have always worked, the connection is faster than with the previous operator both loading and unloading and now, thanks to an app, we can receive and make calls from our mobile phones with landlines wherever we are!

Because of our doubt about the configuration of the app we also tried the assistance, finally we could speak directly with a person able to give us answers and solutions and not with the usual operator of callcenter foreigner!

I have been a customer for just over a year and I can assure you that it is a serious company and works with passion, guaranteeing a service even when there are technical problems where they are not responsible.
