Both guys who came to take down a wall in our apartment were great! They took the wall down with such care and came back the next day to spackle and touch up the remaining walls. Highly recommend!

I would've given this company a full 5 star review given everything was great from the initial conversations to speed and efficiency of the workers. But, when I moved out and had them come remove the wall, I found that they had nailed the "free-standing bookshelf" wall to the floor, which was against our original agreement with our building management. On one hand, it's our fault for not watching them build the wall super carefully, but on the other hand it was explicitly noted in our email chains with management and the company that the free-standing bookshelf could not be nailed into the floor / wall. As a result, we paid a hefty fine, and Wall2Wall originally promised to cover the cost of the tile replacements, but when I sent over the invoice, they ignored me and stopped responding despite countless follow-ups. Don't waste time with a company that can't respect their customers when the company is the one that messed up.
They are very accommodating. When the wall was installed a year ago they were quick and flexible. A year later it's time to take the wall down. I did not give them thirty days notice and per their clearly written instructions, I had to pay a quick removal fee so I did. They were very accommodating, even though they were extremely busy, and agreed to come and remove teh wall on short notice. I would recommend Wall2Wall to anyone looking for their services. Thank you to Josh and the team at Wall2Wall.
professional, nice to deal with, did an outstanding job! Employees were on time, did a great job, and had a smile on their face the entire time! 5 stars!
Wall 2 Wall installed a full wall with pocket french doors to my apartment. Scheduling the job was incredibly easy - Paul was flexible with me as to timing and dates, as well as giving me what I needed to get building approval. They promptly arrived (actually early) and did the majority of the work while I was at work. I was so pleasantly surprised when I came home from work - after only a few hours, my wall was almost done and everything completely cleaned up - no dust, debris or damage to the furniture. I am very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.
Refused to honor the 3 year free removal. Here is the entire story and everyone can decide for themselves. I originally called to schedule my removal more than 30 days before I needed my wall removed. At that time I did not recall that free removal was limited to 2 years and I also did not remember that 2.5 years earlier I negotiated for 3 year free removal. I did not have my contract in front of me when I called to schedule the removal and the woman who answered looked at my contract and said it was more than 2 years ago so there would be a $350.00. For that price I decided that I would figure out how to remove the wall on my own. A few weeks later I saw my copy of the contract and quite prominently it said that I have 3 year free removal so I called back. The woman who answered said that I was correct and she transferred me to "removal department". The man at removals then said that there was a $350.00 fee since I was scheduling within 30 days. I explained that the only reason why i had not scheduled the removal more than 30 days in advance was that I was mistakenly told that there would be a $350.00 fee since it was past the usual 2 year limit. The fellow would not budge. In my mind that was the equivalent to not honoring the 3 year free removal and was extremely unfair.
I had booked my removal over the phone but wasn t aware that an online form was required. I learned I forgot to fill in the form the day of my removal, thus it wasn t officially booked. Wall2wall still squeezed in a removal for the next day without an extra charge. Very good service!
