The price is not in line with the service and someone did not take into account who the customers who drive Mercedes are and what kind of service they want to get, if they already pay that much. Of the parts they replaced, some were packed (a third) while others were not (?). For the whole day, they did not arrive next to the small service to look at the two things that I stated to them, even though the car is under warranty, but that is why they managed to wash it, even though it was very clean when I brought it.

Came in as a foreigner basically limping with the car full of luggage and family tired. It was the last couple of hours of working day we were accepted immediately for service by professional and kind staff. The repair was done as expected professionally in just under an hour and the car was parked outside washed and ready to continue our journey. As it was not to be an easy fix and the availability of the part was questionable the communication prior to our arrival was crucial and as soon as we established that it was available they ordered the parts from the main storage so it would be ready as soon as we arrived. This was very efficient on their part and showed just how serious and professional the service is. A true representative of the brand and what is expected of it. It just strengthen my loyalty to the brand. Hope to see them going strong for years to come.
