I've been driving a new Mercedes for 20 years. Mercedes is synonymous with luxury around the world. I'm sure Mercedes owners around the world enjoy the services of the brand. Everywhere but not in Serbia. In Serbia, more owners have changed in place of official Mercedes representative in New Belgrade. Neither of them is worthy of the Mercedes name. It's a classic flea market where customers have to be careful not to be fooled. It is not clear to me why Mercedes is allowing pickpockets and petty scammers to represent them. Mercedes New Belgrade is the only reason I am considering changing my vehicle. Most drivers agree with me, we can't drive a car to Backi Petrovac or other normal service for maintenance.
