The service is not in accordance with the company name, except for the prices. The service desk does not work, the whole system is set up badly, from the inability to get someone on the phone, through appointments 2-3 weeks in advance, to the fact that when you enter the service there is no reception desk or reception, but wander around the tables and seek advice where to go further. The price is not in line with the service and someone did not take into account who the customers who drive Mercedes are and what kind of service they want to get, if they already pay that much. Of the parts they replaced, some were packed (a third) while others were not (?). For the whole day, they did not arrive next to the small service to look at the two things that I stated to them, even though the car is under warranty, but that is why they managed to wash it, even though it was very clean when I brought it.
