I've visited every shop in Wilkes and hands down this is best shop and has most friendly knowledgeable staff it's now the only shop I use only top quality e-juices and equipment and have made couple of great new friends I recommend emerald isle to everyone I know that's Vapes and now it's our go to shop for at least 4 or 5 of my friends as well as myself if u haven't visited yet then your missing out big time and most likely getting cheated at these other shops around Wilkes even if your new to vapeing they will help u and answer and walk you through any questions u may have I plan on visiting today and was there twice just last week it's also great place to meet up and hang out they have a wonderful lounge thanks Broc and all u guys I will see u when u open today!!!
Today i had the first issue i have ever had with them. They handle everything so well and made me feel as if i was important to them. If every business would work the way they do no one would ever have a reason to complain. My issue was not anyfault of the company and was completely beyond there control but they took care of me great. I will never go anywhere else for any vape materials as long as you guys are there. Thanks so much for you all. :)

Awesome store! The guys were very helpful in finding juices that were the best fit for myself as well as my coworker. I purchased a Horizon Tech Falcon King .38ohm 6ml tank atomizer and a 60ml bottle of Shillelagh vape juice, plus an 8th of an ounce of Elektra CBD flower. Pricing couldn't be beat, it's all the internet price across the board without the cost of shipping or the wait time. The atmosphere was also incredible, I particularly loved the Van Gogh style Rick and Morty painting on canvas they had on the wall. My only wish is that I could load the store onto my truck and drop it off in Illinois where I live lmao

They literally will ignore you and talk and talk and talk and talk and talk to whoever they are talking to and will fail to acknowledge you until you are literally about to walk out. It's happened both times I have went in. I know you're busy, just acknowledge our presence.!

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the products that they carry and products that they hoped Carrie in the future. This location has not been open for very long and they do not seem to have all of the products that they intend to carry but the staff was very willing to explain everything that they currently had carry and even explain some items to us that they plan to carry in the future. The gentleman with working took his time and explain things to us very thoroughly I have currently Vaped for going on 3 years but my brother was with me and has no experience with vaping and the gentleman at the counter took his time to explain the different products and ask him questions about his current smoking habits then was able to offer him suggestions about what he thinks would be the best system for a beginner to start with. He also was able to offer different types and flavors of a very wide variety of vaping oils or liquids and even the salts that some people have recently began using. All in all it was a very great experience and the employee was very friendly knowledgeable engaging and was able to take care of several customers at a time without making anyone feel like they had been forgotten or overlooked he spent time speaking individually to each person and had everyone in the store engaged and chatting amongst each other comparing habits and talking about the flavors and brands that they prefer.
If your looking for a very welcoming, nice, comfortable place to try out vaping or need a place to swing in and buy your juice this is your spot, they are knowledgeable on all my questions even invited me to hang out at the shop. #1 place by far. So I went back for a refill on juice and was completely ignored, finally got the man's attention asking for a certain juice and the guy says nope obviously I wanted something but turned away and continued plucking at his computer no this was not the owner the owner is a respectable man his employee not so much. please contact.
