These people are the worst for response time and follow-up. I am familiar with 1 facility they are responsible for that it has been 12 weeks without a sound system and no fix in sight. This facility relies on this sound system weekly. I have yet to hear of a single facility manager I know of nationally that would give them above a 2 star rating. I believe most of these big companies have ghost reviewers to give them good ratings. If you are considering this company for your maintenance issues rethink it.
This company is a RIP OFF,Contractors beware they don't like paying their Invoices,we did some work for Caliber Collsion which this company manages the service work,it took them 13months to send us a check that's after we had it go into collection,check came a bounced the bank the same day stay clear
