These people are the worst for response time and follow-up. I am familiar with 1 facility they are responsible for that it has been 12 weeks without a sound system and no fix in sight. This facility relies on this sound system weekly. I have yet to hear of a single facility manager I know of nationally that would give them above a 2 star rating. I believe most of these big companies have ghost reviewers to give them good ratings. If you are considering this company for your maintenance issues rethink it.
