The size of the room was great and they let us check in a little early, which seemed nice. However, it was insanely overfilled with unsuprervised kids, who were there for sports tournaments, running around each of the floors. I was told by a few of them that I was in their way and it was common for the kids to just yell across the halls to have conversations. I have had so much better experiences at Other hotels in nearby Cherry Hill.

Clean hotel. Haven t had the food yet so I can t comment. However, they charged $100+ MORE than my original price. My total with tax was $310 and they put a hold on my card for $422! Took money away from me shopping being that I m out of town. And the money doesn t go back on for another 1-2 weeks. I understand the incidentals... but these things need to be put on their website. So I went from paying $310 to $385 ($25/night for incidents), to $422 for god knows what the extra amount was for. Extremely dissatisfied and can t enjoy myself bc my money was literally taken!!!

Absolutely miserable service.

Absolutely miserable service.
Bartender for the happy hour yelled at kids, adults. Hates her job so, please, quit!

Knew we left a pair of glasses. Called 3 days in a row being promised they would look and call back in a 1/2 hr. Never called back. Third day they said not found.
They re there!
The halls had trash bags and plates for 2 days that guest service left.

**DO NOT STAY HERE***

**DO NOT STAY HERE***
The "hot tub" was very cold and had a skum ring around the top of it.. The towels in the pool area were nasty and had balls of hair all over them.. I took a towel with the hair to the front desk. Carlos, "the food & beverage manager" stated that he would comp a dinner for the issue.. We got a bill for the dinner, it was not comped as promised. I spoke with the "guest service manager" Sibora Caushi who stated that she would take care of it when we checked out.. After following up a few days later with Sibora about the charges, she stated that she never promised to take care of them AND that Carlos never stated that he would have comped the dinner. HORRIBLE customer service..

Paid for a room for a business presentation, when I arrived what I agreed to wasn't available and wanted to charge extra for equipment needed for presentation. Entire building smells and has the feel of moisture. In personal room found a Pringles can behind main room TV stand bc the TV was going in and out so I checked wires and also found a small complementary glass on floor beside a chair in same main room of personal room... Receptionist at check-in was a mix of rude, sarcastic, and "thank you" attitude. The space has a in-house grille and bar area... Proper management could correct majority of issues... The moisture issue unfortunately isn't as simple.

The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly helpful, the room was pleasant and clean, and the bar tender was very friendly. We had an incredible inconvenience at the fault of a third party booking app, for which the man at the front desk handled and defended us, ensuring that we were not at fault and that we were being treated very poorly by the third party. Once everything was finally settled, we were compensated generously. Very much enjoyed the rest of our stay.

The breakfast was alright, as is any hotel mass-produced breakfast.

Would ve appreciated being warned that the hot tub was out of order, as that was one thing we were most anticipating, but I suppose that was specific to our case.

The 2 room non suite is a very nice set up! However, they have an ant infestation, with the COVID crisis the cleanliness wasn't up to standard, and the pool area was utterly disgusting for lack of better words. Overall, it could be a very nice hotel with a few adjustments...

It doesn't get quiet until 10pm. The rooms are built around a central atrium and dining area which funnels the sound up to EVERY room. No bath tub. Only a shower. Dated carpet. The facade of the building looks like it was something else. Good price of you are solo or taking kids on a trip. Not good for a date night.

Staff not wearing masks properly. Many guests not wearing masks at all and mask mandate not enforced by staff. One star because I can't give them zero. I have stayed here every time I visit family in PA, but will not stay here again.

The staff was super sweet and made us feel right at home. We had a king bed and the separate rooms for the living room and bedroom made it very nice for late night when I would sleep and my husband was working. The location was convenient to everywhere we visited, but with the seclusion for privacy.

Stayed here on a three-day business trip. The suite was clean and comfortable. Had a Portobello wrap for dinner at the hotel bar. It was very good. The free breakfast was good, especially the made-to-order omelette station. Overall, I had a very good experience.

I actually went to pick my daughter and her children up. They went because of the indoor pool. The room looked pretty nice but as far as the service I'm not to sure about but the gentleman at the front desk was helpful and nice. He referred us to Diane's deli which was not to far up the road from the hotel that served breakfast and other food. We went for the breakfast. It was pretty good and the owners were really kind and a people person. I enjoyed my experience.

Much better than expected!
The check-in was good and the suite was large enough for 4 people, sleeping comfort was good.
Dinner at the restaurant of the hotel was ok but service was very friendly.
Breakfast was not good, at least for European standards. It is nice that you can order eggs at a station, but the bagels tasted stale

Great beautiful hotel. For such a large place, a bigger pool is a must or maybe an additional pool. Pretty good breakfast. I was a fan of the omelette bar but not a fan of the overdone potatoes

This is your average hotel catering to those travelling for work. Close proximity to many offices but not very close to restaurants or shopping. There are smoking rooms offered, so if this offends you make sure to specify a non smoking room. Complimentary breakfast is offered with 'made to order' eggs. Buffet style breakfast items like sausage and pancakes are also offered.

I like staying in Embassy Suites hotels. I haven't been able to take advantage of their great breakfasts and happy hour because of other conflicts, so I can't rate them. My room had a very cold draft because one of the windows would not shut completely. Someone came and fixed it soon after I called, even though it was getting quite late. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything is clean... Dated, but clean. Person at the counter was very attentive. The beds were nice but the pillows were too soft. Nothing too bad, though. Wi-Fi's free, shower is nice and hot, it's all pretty good.

The hotel was really nice and clean from the grounds to the rooms. We arrived over an hour before check in and the font desk was nice enough to let is check in early because of our infant son. The staff was polite and friendly even eager to help us with towels or anything else we needed. Definitely recommend staying here and would book there again!

The physical building itself is old and tired and that includes the rooms and furnishings. Nothing has been updated - so instead of outlets and USB ports next to the bed, you'll find a port for plugging in your modem (yes I am serious, an old phone jack). The place of course has the benefits of an Embassy Suites so breakfast and reception were fine.

This is not Embassy Suites! The first room we had smelled of stale cigarettes. I sat in the chair in the living room and was instantly covered in dog hair and dust. After showing this to the lady at the front desk she gave us another room. The second room didn't smell but it still looked dirty. Made my skin crawl! Stained carpets and walls, old outdated furniture and the TV in the living room didn't work. They are going through renovations but the rooms they have could at least be CLEAN! I will never stay at this location again and I will attempt to see the room before paying in the future.

Great location - not a lot of traffic, but easy access to the highways. Rooms are quiet and comfortable, and they offer the Digital Key through their mobile app (which I absolutely love - I can check in before I leave on my trip, select my room, and when I arrive - I never have to stop by the front desk!) Very nice breakfast buffet included (as well as an omelette bar). Cheaper than other hotels in the area (that don't include the breakfast!), and as "suites", the rooms are larger and comfortable.

I ve been staying at Embassy for over 2 years. The staff is always polite, the rooms are freshly renovated, and there s always a hot breakfast in the morning. I love getting omelettes in the morning and Nancy always puts a smile on my face! Lucy (night time front-desk) also makes my visit so sweet! If you need a nice room, with nice staff for a decent rate, book Embassy!

The overall experience was great, but be extra sure not to leave valueables in your car. The hotel staff is some of the friendliest I have experienced and are always accommodating. The rooms are a bit old for the price of the nightly stay, but they are clean. The bed is firm, but soft. The minifridge froze everything even on it's lowest setting. The pool is your standard hotel pool, nothing spectacular, but we did manage to see them checking the pH levels daily. The location of the hotel is within a five to ten minute drive of King of Prussia, so shopping and food are near by. On the second night at the hotel my bag was stolen out of my car. Typical not responsible policy, but the staff was prompt to contact the authorities.

My bestfriend and I needed to get away for a couple of days.

The hotel was recently remodeled, we had a 2 King suite, beautiful and most comfortable.

The location was great, TJ Maxx , Panera, Starbucks, etc.. 5 minute drive.

New COVID-19 change, no hot breakfast. Understandable!

Box breakfast provided if you were interested. The box was given at the check in area. The box included an orange, cold Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, cup of lite strawberry yogurt and a bottle of apple juice. Coffee was also available.

Issue # 1, as mentioned earlier, the hotel was recently remodeled. There were issues with the doors and securing it when exiting the room.

After checking in, we wanted to go grab dinner, but the door would not lock.

We called the front desk, a gentleman was sent to look at the door. He moved the existing plate and told us to just slam the door to secure it.

We had to slam the door after entering in order to lock it. We heard doors slamming during the entire stay. No exaggeration!

The hotel has satellite cable. It rained most of the day on Saturday and the television programming blinked most of the day. So much for enjoying TV on a rainy day.

I called the front desk, a gentleman was sent to take a look.

There was nothing he could do, but call the cable company. The cable company eventually reset the cable.

Overall considering the pandemic, the stay was okay. The gentleman that reported to assist with all issues, his name was Mack.

Mack was most professional and pleasant! Thank you Mack!

Check in was a breeze. People were nice! Pool was open early at 6am to 11pm. The complimentary breakfast was DELICIOUS. Many breakfast options! They also offered complimentary drinks! And the free parking was a huge plus! Rooms were very spacious and clean! I had an amazing experience!

I have booked a room for one night with my family. The hotel is overall decent. The room is relatively clean and as promised. However I was somewhat disappointed with the breakfast as there were limited options and many of the baked goods were stale and old. The sugary baked goods were very bad tasting. Additionally I was very disappointed to find a lack of recycling amenities, as I wanted to recycle some paper I had and couldn't. Making such amenities available is very inmportant to myself and many other potential and existing guests at this hotel. Making this hotel more green and environmentally conscious is something this hotel should consider doing. The furniture is additionally outdated and relatively uncomfortable.

Old, not a typical Embassy Suites. Rooms are old, one working elevator when we were here. Basically no amenities, unlike most Embassy Suites. Very disappointed. Go to the double tree or another near by.

Where do I start...

Where do I start...
I booked this room for Friday and Saturday just to relax and get in the pool. I live in Philly and I frequently use the Embassy Suites at the airport but decided to try this one out since it was closer to where I was going Sunday. At check in, the front desk girl was friendly. I noticed it was A LOT of kids at the hotel but I was like no biggie since I was getting off work and wanted to chill anyway.
The hotel is EXTREMELY outdated. The rooms are old and furniture was chipped and cracked. I checked in around 7:30and all the rooms on my floor (2nd fl) seemed to not have been cleaned cause it was food and trays outside several of them.
My room was clean but smelled like must (you know how old houses smell)
I went to the pool around 8 and it was FILTHY!! Like dirt just floating at the top. I asked one of the workers if he could clean it. He didn t seem to pay me any mind so I left and went back to my room. On Saturday the pool was closed all day. According to the maintenance guy, someone was supposed to clean it at 6am and never came. So after several people calling and complaining the pool was finally opened at 7PM. THATS RIGHT OVER 12 hours later. I was extremely annoyed cause that was the reason for me even coming. And of course it was a bunch of kids waiting for the pool to open so by the time it did I was over it. Not to mention the pool area itself was dirty. They didn t even sweep the floor. So I spent $237 to sleep in a bed in an outdated room to watch law and order all weekend.

The only positive was that the breakfast was good. But that s what I expect from the Embassy. Overall, it wasn t worth it and I feel like I wasted my money.
