I've never stayed at this hotel. But I have dined at their Sunday brunch more than once. The Brunch is an amazing and very popular experience. You may find it full, and if you knew the size of the ballrooms - that is an impressive feat. I rate this brunch experience as one of the best I've ever had - anywhere.

Nice hotel. Large and able to hold multiple events without guests feeling crowded. The humidity from the rain did seep into the rooms, but air conditioning msde up for it most of the time. Beds were nice. Lots of outlets. Smallish bathrooms, but they worked well and had good water pressure.

My son and his bride selected the Radnor Hotel for their wedding. It was an amazing experience. Staff was friendly, courteous and inviting. Just wish we all got to drink our champagne and eat our wedding cake! They took everything away too quickly without asking, we were on the Dance Floor. So much got wasted!

Good location in Wayne, PA. Staff was nice. The room was OK, somewhat comfortable but very outdated. In my opinion it needs some work. The reason I picked this hotel was because it was recommended by the company that s holding the seminar I have to attend. I didn t eat there so I can say anything about the food.

Convenient, well-priced, and wonderful location for our family reunion. Chrissy Sacharok, the Sales Manager, was very responsive, cooperative, and helpful with the planning of our event. The reception desk was accommodating when our flight got canceled and we needed to stay an extra night. The event staff was professional during our event, and helpful after the event when we needed to track down an item that was accidentally left behind in the room. The hotel rooms, event rooms, and restaurant were very clean, modern, and well-designed. Highly recommend!

Nice place to stay. My sister and her extended family had to stay here for the night when she was visiting and she told me it was a lovely hotel with all amenities. Nice clean rooms and covid-19 friendly.

Although we decided to cancel our wedding due to Covid-19, the whole team at the Radnor Hotel was a pleasure to work with! Throughout the whole planning, rescheduling and cancellation process Michelle was excellent to work with especially since she did not have control with the regulations put in place!

Planning an event for a company at the hotel and the staff were very accommodating. The space is very well done and offers options for a range of crowd sizes. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent.

Very expensive looking however the room rate was a little high. Eating in the bar was weird for me. Seemed to be a lot of staff on idle time and I felt like I was being watched. Room was clean however it took some time for the heat to come on.

The rooms and hotel as a whole need to be updated. Carpets in the halls and rooms were way in need of being replaced as are the curtains. Room was a tad small however it's not a deal breaker. Breakfast should be around $12.00 and not $16.00. The price was a little high for the room when you consider the size and it needing updating. I paid $159 for 2 double beds I feel it should be priced at $120.00.

ALL employees were polite, nice, and professional. I will be back.

The front desk people were friendly and accommodating. My room was really nice! It was quiet and comfortable. I liked that there was a coffee maker and bottled water in the room. There were hand sanitizer dispensers in multiple places in the building and I saw an employee cleaning door handles and elevator buttons on several occasions. Everyone was wearing masks and I felt safe. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit the area.

I didn't stay at the Radnor, but when my vehicle broke down in their parking lot late at night, the desk clerk Joshua helped me get a rental car and taxi to the airport to pick up the rental car, then allowed me to park my vehicle there overnight without a fee. He was super nice and helpful, even though I wasn't a guest. That is the sign of a first-class hotel with first class employees. Highly recommended!!

Definitely was not worth the price. Had a suite room and I would describe it as grandma's place. I've been in much cheaper hotels that would have a hot tub of some sort for half the price of Radnor's. Turn to this place if you have no other options or just trying to blow your money.

Rating is for restaurant and bar. Good food and drinks and fine service but as a hotel bar and so many other choices nearby I only go here for business meetings rather than seek it out for all occasions.

Every time we travel to Philadelphia Main Line we always stay at The Radnor Hotel because of their FIRST CLASS SERVICE. We have been to weddings and events as well as just traveling through for business or pleasure. The people they hire are friendly and very helpful and every aspect of our stay is delightful! Because of this history, we felt confident and recently booked a room at The Radnor Hotel. They did everything possible to ensure our well being while utilizing the hotels facilities, my favorite are the relaxing and stunning gardens. And the newly renovated guest rooms are beautifully designed and very comfy. They added touchless sanitizers and polite little safety reminders throughout the facility. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful even though we could not get the benefit of their smile because of mask wearing. My husband and I where completely satisfied with the entire stay, particularly during this time of social distancing and health and safety concerns, and would recommend it to everyone!

The upsides: stylish hotel with a nice bar and beautiful conference spaces. Very clean and new room. The desk was useful and they supplied a nice chair. The gym had a lot of equipment and was comfortable.

The downsides: the room was quite small including the bathroom and sink area and lacked the style of the lobby. The bed had very light blankets. We called to get blankets and they didn't come so we had to go to the lobby to ask. The blankets we got were 30 year old, crusty stiff unappealing. They had us sign a rule about being quiet and our neighbors were up partying loudly past midnight.

I think their core clientele are businesses who have small events and weddings. Probably good for that. Not as much for people who need a comfortable and productive stay.

Stayed one night at this place for a wedding. The whole party had a huge block of rooms. We were disappointed by no pool. No lids for the morning coffee or even sugar. The room and bathroom were clean and average. Didn't have time to see the gardens. Also disappointing no continental breakfast.

Went for the buffet style brunch service on a Sunday. They had a wide selection of various breakfast and lunch items, even a chocolate fountain! They accommodated us when we asked for a different table, and the staff were quick to clear the table after each plate without rushing us either. 4/5 for food and 5/5 for service.
