$2 beers from 4:30-6:30 and free breakfast. About a 5 min walk from the heavenly gondola and village. Reasonable rates too. Not 5* accommodations, but if you are looking for a great place to enjoy South Lake Tahoe this place is perfect.

Yes, the decor could use some updating. It wasn't the fanciest room we have ever stayed in. No on site parking except for the overnight valet (this was $20/day which was not ideal, but the valet ended up being really convenient for us).
So on to the good stuff. The staff was amazing--they were friendly, helpful, and polite--every single one of them. Breakfast daily was super convenient, and the size of the room was perfect for our family (suite with a separate living area). The staff and room size warrant this place 5 stars in our opinion. We would stay here again for sure.

Very nice place , close to activities ,hotel was very comfortable, nice country view , lot to do around ,a small walk to the lake , casino ,restaurants, but have to pay 20 a day to valet park no parking on property .
The resort is in the heart of Heavenly Village and its so convenient to walk everywhere. We enjoyed the free breakfast and happy hour everyday. The room is very spacious and clean. The only downside I see is there isn't an option of free self parking and guests are encouraged to use the valet parking for $19 per day.

The room is spacious and bed is comfortable but it charged facility fee and valet parking. The breakfast is kind of disappointing as not a lot of choice and it s really not tasty.

This place is expensive for what is offered. Parking is $27 additional per night plus a $34 per night. The hot tub does not work. The pool has grime all over. I could scratch it off witb my nail. In the room the fold out sofa is not worth sleeping on it's so uncomfortable. Not recommending this place.

This hotel is extremely nice! The rooms are well maintained and cleaned very good, the morning breakfast is delicious, and the staff is very friendly and helpful! Also, for those who are state workers, if you call them directly, they'll offer the state rate!
Decent hotel, short distance to the gondola. Free ski/board storage near reception, and an ok quality breakfast spread. Felt a little dated in the room

Its heavenly South Lake Tahoe. Right across the Harrah's casino. On the stateline of California and Nevada. The rooms are well kept and very spacious. Breakfast is amazing. Service is on top of their game. Shops, restaurant and lake Tahoe walking distance from the resort.
Hotel was clean, and mostlybquiet. You could hear your neighbor bang something against the wall, but it wasn't disruptive. The staff was helpful, and the room was clean. Very large breakfast area was a great start to the day. Only parking option was valet which was a little expensive. Only other option would be a decent walk from your car to the hotel.
The rooms were nice and big. The bathroom door was a bit confusing. It feels it's on the wrong side of the wall. Nice lobby.

I would put 0 stars if it was possible. This hotel is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. It is far too expensive and they don't even clean your room. The pillows are discusting as well as the bed sheets.

Room is big, there's MINI KITCHEN with small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and sink (but you need to bring your own bottled water and utensils). There is also dining table and chairs inside the room.
LIVING ROOM is nice and spacious with flat screen TV.
BATHROOM with bathtub and toiletries (toothpaste and toothbrush not included), hair dryer also available.
BEDROOM is big and spacious, has door that divides the room from the living room and mini kitchen, there is also sink inside the bedroom, closet where you can hang your clothes, with hangers, iron and iron stand available and flatscreen TV, king size bed that can accomodate 3-4 person. Heater available.
Daily breakfast included. Gym, jacuzzi spa and pool at 2nd floor.
They also have promo activities, just ask the Concierge.
Lake Tahoe Resort Hotel is near from casinos (walking distance, few steps away) if you wanna play, 30 minutes drive to Sand Harbor if you wanna go for swimming and kayaking (summertime).
Parking is not free though, valet parking is $19/night.

Great size and location but it s not very clean in the toilet. We found popcorn on floor next to sofa.
Update- one of the socket in the room was broken, mould on the ceiling in toliet, black under the toliet seat.
Staff was super courteous and helpful, amenities were good, daily tastings/drinks were fun, prime location in the area for skiing.

I can not say enough good about this place. Nice staff, nice rooms, great free continental breakfast, walking distance to soooo much but perfect location for drives too. We will definitely be back and will stay here again.

Wonderful location, close to stores, restaurants, cafe's, and across the street from Nevada, and Harrah's casinos. The Hotel is a very charming hotel. The rooms is large with a separate bedroom and living area. Love that there's a 4 seat dining table in the living area along with a full size couch to visit with our guests.

Love this indoor atrium hotel with outside glass elevators. All rooms are suites complete with a living room, bedroom, kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Three separate sink areas. The full breakfast was great and include d in price. Two large flat screen TVs was nice also. Right next to Harrah's and all the Heavenly shops and activities. Great location.
Recently stayed there 2 nights. We were in Tahoe for a 3 Dog Night concert and this hotel seemed to be a much better deal then any of the hotels in Nevada. We were very glad we stayed there. The hotel is clean and centrally located. You can walk out the front door and you are virtually at Harrahs. The free breakfast is decent and you get one free drink each night. The suite is spacious and well maintained. We were so pleased I got home and cancelled my reservations in August for Harveys and booked a suite again at Lake Tahoe Resort. At Harrahs I was going to get a studio with a bed and a bathroom. At the Resort I get a 2 room suite, 3 sinks, microwave, refrigerator, couch and dining room table and 6 chairs. Plus with their current special I get valet parking and wifi in the package and the 2 nights are less expensive then Harveys.
The food was very good! Great selection and food was hot if it was supposed to be and cold fresh fruit.
I loved the interior. Felt really spacious. Breakfast was nice. Location was great. They even let us use a sled when we first arrived to go sledding behind the resort.
The fridge didn't work well. And the heat was inconsistent at times.

I've always wanted to stay at this hotel. I'm thinking pre CoVid would have been a better time. The food was subpar. The staff was friendly for the most part and there were stains on the covers. Unfortunately while parked very close to the hotel my car was broken into. I called the hotel after leaving just to give a heads up as there was no damage to my car just all my papers were taken, along with car charger and sun glasses.
The lady Diana that answered wasn't concerned with that but rather if the hotel was responsible or not. I told her I was calling as a heads up as there may be other calls if other guests may have had the same experience or could during the week coming up. There was NO sincerity in her tone and I doubt she will make anyone alert of what I shared. I won't be returning.
Great staff. Concierge has been amazing and refreshingly honest. The breakfast they provide is delicious and the bed i our sweet is huge. My wife loves how much room have. The Nevada border is literally steps away from the hotel entrance and we have a number of casino's available. Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Also an amazing Happy Hour that can't be beat.
