Nice place but bathroom needed repairs and room too noisy at night late.

The room were big and they had all the needs. Bathroom decent size and bedroom was perfect.

Wi-Fi wouldn't work but literally met a celebrity idol kf mine here so oh well

The suite was nicely appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was of good quality and there was a nice selection. Every member of the staff we interacted with was professional and polite.

If you're going to the Amp and need a room you can't beat Embassy. Also best massages in town.

Attended the trick or suites Halloween event. Super fun for the special needs guy in our house. Would like to see more rooms set up with an entrance and exit.

Very nice hotel. I always choose the embassy if I can. Full breakfast, indoor pool, large rooms with sperated seating and sleeping areas.

Horrible I got bit up by bed bugs. We had a double bed suite and a pull out couch. My whole left side back was ate up by these bed bugs. In the misted of running away from them on the bed I jamed my finger. I have photos of these recent bed bug. The manager made a statement in regards he already knew they was there, and are still bookong room 407. The stream company hasn't made it yet.Then he looked at the evidence on the pillowcase and asked us not to tell the health department. I'm calling them first thing in the morning. August 14,2020 at 10:05 pm when this took place . I asked for assistance washing our clothes we where refused help due to convid-19.I believe that was an excuse so i had to trash my suitcases and our clothes we had on.

Had lunch at Cedar Creek Bistro for sister's birthday and it was fantastic!! The cobb salad was the best I've ever had and was huge. Wonderful and attentive wait staff. Highly recommend.

Had my 10 yeah high school reunion at the Embassy. Very clean and great dinner. Service was great by all staff members. I will say that the drinks at the cash bar were a bit pricey. Overall great experience.

This is a relatively new hotel with nice rooms. It's also pet friendly. Room service is responsive.

A tasty dinner catered for the annual Christmas party for the Pig Trail Harley Davidson Northwest Arkansas Chapter of the Harley Owner's Group.

The room/suite was very modern, well maintained, and spic n span.

Every staff member we encountered was extremely pleasant and professional.

The facility is beautiful.

Time for a remodel, this used to be the nicest hotel in NW Arkansas...

Stayed here twice, a year apart. Love it! Clean, nice employees, and very comfy beds!

Seemed to have many nice amenities for guests, but due to the exorbitant cost of the hotel suites themselves, my colleagues and I had to stay elsewhere in a cheaper location during our convention. The convention rooms were nice, though, with high-end adjustable lighting and projector/sound equipment for meetings. Nice place to visit, but be prepared to pay dearly if you plan to stay.

This place is great. Really nice rooms, happy hour with free drinks and food, and really nice staff. Only complaint is that service at the restaurant is a bit slow during lunch

Great location. Centralized next to interstate and the Walmart Amp. There is a lot of rooms available for rent. It's a good location for events.

The hotel was fine. The rooms were adequately sized and clean. The lobby was nice. The breakfast buffet was pretty great, they even had bacon! They had a free evening social with drinks that sounded fun but I didn't partake in it.

Really well decorated and I loved the center skylight, but it's a little weird to have an internal having window in every room.

A tornado hit the hotel while I was staying there, and they didn't have the best emergency communications but they probably shouldn't be faulted for that.

Love this place. We do our family Christmas here since we are all from out town! Great central location, but not as difficult to get in and out as the hotels on the east side of 49. Traffic on that side tends to back up. Breakfast here is also excellent

Nice hotel, clean, spacious rooms. The Embassy Suites Manger Reception is always nice (free drinks and snacks) and the free breakfast includes tons of options including make to order eggs. The location is great too, only minutes from shopping and great restaurants.

The hotel is very clean and is laid out very nice but at 1:00 in the afternoon the food service area was not able to seat me or even serve me a drunk in fact there wasn't even a single person who would help me I saw several employees but not one came up to ask if I needed help at the bar. That was a major disappointment

Conference room is pretty spacious for a large event. Food was good. Didn't get to interact with the hotel staff.

Awesome accommodations. Valet very outgoing and pleasant. Wish the iron hadn't ruined my new white shorts. Guess they prefer you use laundry service. Breakfast good variety.

I stayed 11 days . The hotel is very nice. The bar, giftshop and the shuttle service staff were all very friendly . The breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel in Usa . My room was pretty and had all I needed . My only complaint is the housekeeping . I did not receive a daily service I had to request it. Also the walls must have been thin because I could hear more than I'd have wished from my neighbors. I will not stay there during my next trip to Arkansas

I recently attended a conference within the building and spent a couple nights in the hotel. The rooms were nice and the staff was helpful. Overall it's a great place and the staff is amazing.

Amazing, fantastic, fabulous, elegant, and awesome. We were here for the conference Teach Them Diligently, and this hotel blew my mind. Five stars forever

Nice hotel, stayed in the spa tower. Indoor pool, nice outdoor patio, free Cornhole. Good breakfast buffet. Rooms are very nice and clean, bed is a little hard for my liking. Bar and spa on site. Lots of amenities. Useable channels on the TV, NFL Network, fox news etc. Was in town for a conference and the conference rooms are nice also. Hotel staff was extremely accommodating.

Our favorite place to stay in NW AR. Always clean and their breakfast is great.

We were surprised to find evidence of the prior guest s drinking - and a half-finished bag of beef jerky - in our room in addition to a lack of bedding for the number of guests registered However, the most annoying part was that as soon as the clerk at the front desk noted we were checked in through Expedia (actually I used United Frequent Flyer Miles and was not aware it was an Expedia reservation) all courtesy ceased - and we were referred to Expedia for any additional information on whether there might be a larger room available for my family, no WiFi code was given, etc. The manager simply shrugged and said the desk clerk had only two weeks experience. This may all seem a bit trivial - but after a long trip to Rogers, and with a wealth of excellent hotels to choose from, we could not recommend this particular hotel
