Amazing service, my Apple Laptop battery crashed, I bought it 5 years ago from the US and went to Adkom to get it fixed with the fear of ending up with a huge bill in fresh dollars. They just checked my serial number, and it seemed that this series of laptop have an initial bug from the factory. I now have a New keyboard and battery free of charge, and only waited 24hours! Absolutely great! Very helpful and friendly. I came to the Adkom store in Dora to buy a recharger compatible with the lebanese plug socket but the fabulous team of Adkom tampered with my swiss recharger and finally made it compatible. They cheat on me by selling me AirPods 1 and said to me it s AirPods 2 but without wireless charge.
My mac had a bug, actually it turned out to be 14 bugs (malwares). So i went there thinking it will surely cost me something and that i might need to leave it there- both of which i would rather not do! Happy to say- Ahmad fixed it in a matter of a few minutes. He was informative, professional with me and other customers, and friendly. And the cherry on top... it was a free service. They could have easily charged me. wasn't expecting that. What a an experience (especially in these times)! Thank you!

had an i phone 7 plus red factory speaker malfunction. they refused to replace it with another new one on the basis of no problem detected. then i sent my phone to another authorized reseller they detected the speaker problem and ordered a new one for me. i had a very bad experience with adkom

The manager informed after I called them, that my product (phone battery) has arrived some week and a half ago and he tried to contact me via phone and the phone was off. So he never tried again and claimed that he does so to all his costumers. I asked if he tried to send me an email instead (since it was option during my first visit) and the reply was that he never contacts by email. Weird for Apple authorized reseller. And above all of that, he hung up on me trying to remember his name. Not the apple experience I was looking for.
