When I came across their website they had a chat feature which was immediately helpful. I chatted to Heather on the website and she was helpful in answering all my questions about getting funeral badges. She took my email and we continued to communicate via email. They were very patient in preparing several designs before we landed on one that our family were happy with. They then made the 200 badges I ordered and they were ready to be picked up that day. Within 3 days of my inquiry my badges were ready to be picked up. Thanks for the excellent service :)
This is a smallish company where good old-fashioned, friendly and personal custromer services abounds. I walked in off the street, needing a small plaque made up "yesterday". Right from the start I got prompt, friendly service from Errol who was so helpful. Couldn't have asked for better - and the plaque was just what I wanted. 10 out of 10 - thank you!

If there was such a thing called 1000 star rating I would gladly give them all to badge king. Amazing people, my first time dealing with them and I received my product how and when I wanted them. I ordered my badges today on a short notice, to be picked either the end of today or tomorrow before 10am and it took them only 4 hours to my order ready. I am so impressed, I recommend Badge King to anyone out there looking for fast cheap and great quality!
