Embassy Suites Jacksonville Review

Stayed for a night en route to cruise out of Port Canaveral. Check in went fine and was warned about the large large large number of kids and sports teams at the hotel. Man they were not kidding. Looked like a Disney Park in a hotel. Kids overall well behaved just so many. Hot omelets not available until 7:30 on Sunday mornings? I can see 7 but many folks like to get on the road early. Real issue with the hotel was the total lack of cleanliness. Food and trash in the hallways outside of rooms at 5:30 pm on Saturday and the same trash and even more at the same spot Sunday morning. Empty cups and glasses sitting on the ground in several places. I agree people should not disrespect the hotel, but when they do somebody on staff needs to clean it up. Worst Embassy Suites we have seen in regards to being clean.

Free breakfast was excellent. Perfect place to stop right off of 95 on our road trip. Drinks at the bar aren't priced crazy like most hotels also which is a plus. They have a free happy hour, but we got there too late for it.

The worst stay I ever had. I left my Micheal Kors watch. The housekeeper stole my watch. They told me they didn t see my watch and I told them exactly where I left my watch. They gave me the run around about my watch.The General manger would never come to the phone. Every time I called the general manger was in a meeting. He would never return my call. The ladies at the front desk was so rude. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Positive guests, hot breakfast in the lobby.
Rooms are open all facing the lobby instead of traditional hallways.

Horriable Place to Stay!!!!!
This is not what you exspect a Emassey Suites to look like.
Even during a remodle the place looks terriable.
Carpet in the hallway looks stained and not vacummed.
At breakfast your eating in what feels like a construction zone area.

At night INSIDE of the builing looks very dark and dimined.
My room had nice furniture BUT,
1)A/C hardly worked it stayed hot.
2) Bathtub what looks like a hole repaired. Had white clay puddy that looked like wet toliet tissue left behind.
3)The next Morning I was walking around and in the liviing room is a sink at a bar next to the fridge, Water was leaking under the cabinet and I got my soaks wet just walking around in the room.
4) TV remote wouldnt even work

Clean. Service from all was excellent !! And the complimentary HAPPY HOUR is an AWESOME addition !!!

Great place awesome pool, Breakfast needed to run until at least 10 am people

We enjoyed an event in the conference rooms. It SAS very comfortable.

Large mid-priced suites. Great option if travelling with a pet.

Clean bathrooms, board room was accommodating and the food provided was good.

Excellent for families. Large rooms and comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast as well.

Nice and welcoming lobby with pretty flowing water walls and plenty of space to chill

This Embassy Suites is ok. It's basically a "regular" hotel with bigger rooms. The air conditioner in the room was either full on or full off- no setting would moderate the temperature. The shower head is only for persons below 5'8" in height. It was easy to get to from I95.

Hilton honors didn't work today had to stand in line till Mary felt like checking us in. smh.

Staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. Rude and did not appoligize for mistskes they made that forced me to cancel my trip. Manager Angela needs a new professional, or retrained in dealing with customer relations.
