Staff was a bit rude, but professional. Rooms seemed a little dated and AC unit was fairly loud, but the room itself was still clean. Open bar and the free snacks were awesome! Loved that the center of the hotel was an open dining area with TVs.

The Embassy Suites in Denver is conveniently located about ten minutes away from the airport. The hotel itself is large and spacious and has all the accommodations that an Embassy Suites normally has. The pool is large and the fitness center is well equipped.

Rooms were the normal Embassy type rooms. Clean and large. Food in restaurant was good. My son and I both had flatbread. The service was a little slow, but we weren't in a hurry, so it didn't matter. The only complaint was the unfriendly nature of one of the guys at the front desk, but everyone else was very friendly.

I've been a diamond member for a decade. I had a reservation, checked in via mobile app, and had a room number. When I arrived they said I no longer had a room and they had sold out. This was at 1030 at night. They made me call several different hhonors numbers to find out what was going on.

Eventually they found a room at another hotel to send me to. I had taken the airport shuttle to the embassy so had no ride. I asked for one. They said I could either take the shuttle BACK to the airport, wait for the shuttle for the new hotel, and take that, or rent myself an Uber. I ended up having to pay for an uber myself and stay at a different hotel because of their mistake. No empathy. Well over 1000 nights in hhonors hotels and I've never had an experience this poor. It was past 1 am by the time I got to the new hotel.

Hotel stay was a nightmare! Major renovations going on, so the noise from drilling, hammering and pounding was intolerable. Had to change rooms twice at my request. Then I had to move again to another room since the second room flooded from a pipe that was accidentally cut. In all fairness the management ( especially the general manager) did right by me. I got a bunch of Hilton Honors points added to my account and several dinner vouchers! It is a difficult for the hotel to do renovations and minimize disruption to hotel guests. I really like this property but I would recommend not staying here until renovations are complete.

I want this brand to not fall behind, as we love the split room accommodations for certain un named snore monsters. However, this is the 2nd time they have fallen behind in cleanliness and attention to detail in room tidiness and functionality of the basics. No coffee creamer. Black mold in the shower. Bloody, or dirty at a minimum fingerprints on the bathroom walls. Bummer...

We stay here frequently. They have improved their evening happy hour snacks. Much yummier than goldfish and popcorn. Free breakfast is good and has everything from made to order to oatmeal and fruit. Sometimes parking can be a bit of a pain when their lot is overfull.

Brandon made an impossible and irritating situation better. We got in late at the airport and had to wait 40+ minutes outside for a cab, and ended up getting shoved in to a cab, with a cab driver that had no personality, and had a terrible attitude. Brandon was delightful, and was very outgoing. Definitely making our train wreck of a night better! Not only that, but my boyfriend had a terrible stomach bug, and he gave me everything I needed from the gift shop to help!

Nice free happy hour with new Belgium brewing beer and friendly bar staff. The pool was overflowing with kids and the outdoor hot tub was no different. Don't expect to use those facilities without loud splashing and screaming. The regular beds are comfortable but the sofa bed is a different story. When we unfolded it from the sofa there was a pile of old popcorn left behind that was clearly not vacuumed by cleaning staff who made the bed.

Different than other Embassy Suites, this is more of a hybrid with home-2-suites. More of an Ikea feel to the rooms. Still clean and decent, Desk Staff great. Watch out though, it's 9 bucks a nite to park there (Oct 2019).

Instead of the big open atrium feel of other Embassy Suites, this one has a bar smack dab in the middle. Okay service, but the architecture made me claustrophobic, and the upright stantions are too close to the bar... I smacked my back a good one getting up from my barstool.

Asked for foam pillows in the morning, didn't get them. Asked for them again when I got back, got extra down instead. Housekeeping didn't empty trash cans, replace ice bag, or pick up dirty cups. Breakfast buffet food was over cooked. I expected more for what I paid.

Love the mining theme at this hotel, it's visually enticing. That was the biggest draw to coming back. Huge tv's in the room, fast Internet, comfy bed, nice shower, friendly staff. Only downside was a noisy A/C unit in my room. Also would be nice if they put the water in the fridge so it was cold on arrival. Overall a great place and I look forward to returning.

The happy hour is amazing!!! We stay here whenever we have an early flight out of Denver and are always pleased with our stay.
The rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast is extremely good, the shuttle service is good, and the bar ambiance is great.
I definitely recommend this hotel if you're in the area.

Great choice for a get away or stay. The price makes it even better! Enjoy awesome service, great food, and rooms that beyond exceed the average hotel room. Top notch all the way, even offer snacks and drinks complimentary. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody coming to town. My daughter also had a blast their pool.

The staff was awesome. We reserved six spots on the 0330 shuttle to the airport but it was full due to the luggage. The staff quickly arranged for an unscheduled shuttle that departed no more than 15 minutes later.

This was a very nice hotel. It is the closest Embassy Suites to the airport that I could find. It is in a group of hotels and restaurants that make it easy to give us travelers choices of where to stay and what to eat.
There appeared to be plenty of parking.
The staff was very friendly.
They room was clean and well appointed in the standard Embassy Suites configuration of a living room and a bedroom with a bathroom in between.
They had Happy Hour and offered table service if you wanted to order food but it was a little pricey for us so we drove to get something to eat nearby.
They have an airport shuttle that you can sign up for that we took advantage of for the next morning.
Overall it was a very nice place to stay for an evening.

We used the airport parking available at the hotel but the shuttle service from the airport on our arrival was awful. Too many people for not enough shuttles and shuttles not frequent enough. Granted we had 4 people and several bags but we weren't able to get on the first shuttle and nearly didnt get on the 2nd shuttle even though we were the first ones waiting both times. Essetially had to force our way onto the shuttle. I will not park here again!

This hotel is generally okay. It's close to Denver airport. There is a shuttle that does pick up and drop off, so that's good. The rooms are generally clean but the decor seems somewhat outdated (nitpick). The hotel does echo somewhat at night, so if you are a light sleeper, beware. Overall, I had a good experience.

It's clean, conviently located and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I would not recommend the airport shuttle as it's "first come, first served" (instead of taking reservations) which is quite stressful when you are trying to make your flight.

They overbook up to or more than 5 rooms. If you are a late arrival they will send you someplace else. They told us they made a reservation for us at a Comfort Inn. Got there close to midnight, no rooms, no reservations. 2nd time Embassy Suites has done this. Also why their on line check-in doesn't work. Manager Kellie Bray left new front desk person to deal with several unhappy guests. Not to mention, we booked a month in advance through Hilton Honors. Maybe they will honor Priceline guests first? Go to the new Sleep Inn $100 cheaper, plus brand new, not 16 years old.

The hotel was adequate. I stayed there due to a missed connection, and got one of the wheelchair access rooms. The shower was not very clean and the towels were on the other side of the bathroom, so you had to walk across the bathroom wet. The shuttle to and from the airport took a while because several hotel are included in pickup and drop-off.

Happy hour, complimentary breakfast, two room suite, pool with hot tube but it would be nice to have the hit tube inside with the pool and a sauna. It would be nice to have a salon or a spa. Sometimes the price is just right or too high. Friendly staff. It would be a bonus to get a second room for half the price. It's a good place to stay for a get away weekend.

The service at the receptionist were terrible But that is not all We reserve 2 bedrooms to be with my entire family to celebrate my son's birthday doing a sleep over with his friends to Enjoy the swimming pool as well and we specifically request join rooms So we can keep close eyes in all the kids But guess what just because we didn't do the reservation straight or direct with their website they didn't let me get the to rooms together even when we reserve both on the same reservation So definitely I don't wanna deal with this nasty and none friendly kids corporation disgusting People This is an absolutely BS will report this also to the Better Business Bureau for sure

The staff is incredibly helpful and kind here. I went down for breakfast late one day and they pulled all kinds of options back out just for me, and I didn't ask for that! The manager at the front desk is so nice and very good with local recommendations and transportation options. The shuttle took me to and from the train to downtown for free. There is a living space with a HUGE t.v. and pull out bed in every room. If you're staying by the airport in Denver, I would absolutely say stay at the suites!

I never had a bad experience at an Embassy Suites until I stayed here . The sofa bed was rock hard and my daughter got very little sleep. The floor of the shower is dangerously slick and my daughter-in-law almost fell twice. I called in advance so that my daughter would be able to have access to my room before my arrival but there was no record of the call when they arrived before me. I will not make the mistake of staying here again.

My favorite Hotel chain. Great suites. Great common areas. Great people. Cody impressed, going out of his way to solve computer issues and otherwise make our stay the best possible. This particular Hotel desperately needs Business Center upgrades. And the food was not as good nor the service at breakfast as attentive as other Embassy Suites we've been to. Still... If this place is similarly priced to a 3 to 4 star hotel close by, this will be your nicest option. My opinion, of course!

I usually enjoy staying at Embassy Suites but this one I will not be staying at again. Upon arrival the hotel looked very nice and check in went smooth. After making it to my room (328) and unpacking my clothes I noticed a moth flying around. After killing the first 1 i found 2 more, so I went to the front desk and was told that this is just Denver and all other rooms were booked and there was nothing they could do. So I had to do the hotels job and take care of the other large moths, while doing this I noticed more dead moths on the floor where they had not vacuumed. I called down and was told they would vacuum in the morning on their rounds and they appreciate the notice. I am not impressed at all with their customer service and would have left but the other hotels near the airport were full being it was midnight.

Waitress went to rat us out for eating in the dining area. I guess you re not allowed to bring food into the lounge that s not the restaurant s. As a paying customer, I should be able to eat where I want. It was 1000pm and they had no customers. Probably because the food is no good. Will not stay here again.

The good:

The good:
The check in was fast, the room was clean.

Needs improvement:
The pillows need replacing! Flat pillows are awful. Need some firmer pillows please.

My 3 am wake up call wasn t as effective because the phone in the bedroom was not working.

The coffee items provided was lacking stirrers. I called down to the front desk hoping someone would be able to bring one up- no such luck. They said I could go down to get one. (Why, thank you for that nice touch!)

As I looked further in each compartment of the coffee container hoping to find a stirrer, I found a white hair that grossed me out.

Finally, when I went downstairs to catch the 4:30 airport shuttle, there were two girls at the front desk just chatting it up... I had to interrupt their conversation to check out. Otherwise, no acknowledgement was made, no good morning? How can I help you?

But I would stay again. Please work on people skills and customer service, that always makes a difference to guests.

We have stayed here twice when we visited Denver in May. Nice comfy hotel with very friendly staff. The suite was very clean and nicely decorated and bed was comfortable. We got the premium suite this time and it had a variety of complimentary snacks available which were a life saver since our flight was delayed and we reached late after everything was closed. The view from the room was worth getting up early, you can see the Rockies covered with snow. The best part was the breakfast ( yes I m a foodie ) - they had so much variety from freshly made omlette and waffles to savory potatoes , cereals, fruits, french toast and of course juices , coffee and tea. I would give 5+ for that one. I don't drink alcohol but there is a complimentary happy hour every evening for the ones that do.( Another plus point am sure many will appreciate )The staff was very friendly and smiling. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Denver or passing by. I know I am going to for sure

It's the normal Embassy and it is clean and the bed is fine. I only stayed here to literally sleep and then wake up to go to the airport. The 3 stars is purely on the experience I had for the short time I was there. I was checked in and that's it, reception was not very helpful or happy to be there and they didn't activate my key so at 11 pm at night I had to lug my stuff back downstairs and get it activated. I was scared to even ask if my rewards card was attached so i didn't get a sigh. The breakfast was fine, wish there were more healthy options besides apples.

A little disappointed for an Embassy Suites. The room could have been more clean. Also shocked that there is a fee for parking! We'll likely pass on staying again in this Embassy Suites due to the parking fee.
