Very nice place, great food, great services, loved...

Very nice place, great food, great services, loved the pool, location was right in the midst of everything. My only dislike was the cost of parking, or cost of valet but that's because you are literally down town.

Tried this spot after staying exclusively at Hyatt Regency when in Denver for years. Aspen at the front desk was greeted us pleasantly and was interested in the reason for our travels. We immediately felt welcome. After the drive we were delighted to hear about happy hour but the attendant refused to serve us at two minutes until cutoff time. We were delighted with the set up of the room. There was ample space gor four ladies to prepare for an evening out. Housekeeper decided to knock several times and the open the door at 8 am Not an early hour when I am home with the kids but was looking forward to sleeping in. Note to self, use the sign next time. I slept in the front area on the sofa. There is a pretty steady din in the front of the hotel room during breakfast. If you are a light sleeper I suggest requesting a room further from the courtyard at check in, sleeping in the bed area, or using a white noise machine. In the morning we called to have our bags taken down and held while we went to brunch and they arrived incredibly quickly. We were able to walk to The Dairy Block for dinner and drinks. Nightlife was close as well. Already planning to use this hotel for next time will be in Denver.

I recently had a reservation for suite on march 1...

I recently had a reservation for suite on march 15-19,2019 at this location. We arrived after a long volleyball tournament around 415 pm to be told our room wasnt ready. At 430 the room was ready only to discover a large brown stain on top of my bed. I immediately called down to request new linens because all we wanted to do was rest. I waited an hour before calling back down to the desk. 30 min later a man showd up with a folded sheet. I told him i wasnt going to make the bed i just checked in. He told me he wasnt going to make it either. 30 min later a housekeeping lady changed my bed. We open the pullout bed to realize there are no linens there. We waited another 30 minutes for the pullout linens and decided to make the bed ourselves since we were such a bother to the staff. We ordered room service every single night. Our dishes sat outside the room over night into the next evening every day. Horrible service and never will i stay here again.

I had the most horrible experience staying here! The staff is not friendly and the room was dirty. I dont not recommended anyone staying here. It's a great location but the service all together was a 0 they dont even deserve the one star.

Great location downtown across from the convention...

Great location downtown across from the convention center. NeedsNeeds more elevators or stair access for guests, because the elevators in the lobby can get very crowded. Rooms were fair. Carpets were clearly old and somewhat dirty.

Awesome place to stay. Rooms are large and there is a separate bedroom from the living area where there is a sleeper sofa. Two televisions. Great free breakfast and nightly free cocktail mixer. Rooms are clean. Staff is great. Decor is beautiful. You won't be sorry.

Paid for an upgraded corner premium suite. We got a room next to the atrium that was actually smaller than other regular rooms I have stayed in at other ES - it was not a corner room and not any sort of premium suite by any standard. When I called to ask about it I got lip service from whoever it was at the front desk that answered the phone. Gold status BTW. What a joke - Beware this place. I travel a ton and usually love ES. Breakfast is great.

Had an excellent stay over the past three days. Staff was friendly. Perks included free breakfast, and free drinks and snacks between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. Only 2 blocks from 16th Street Mall, which has its own free bus, made getting around 100 times easier. The only complaint I have was that they did not have a change machine when I did laundry. Other than that it was a nice peaceful stay.

Pros: excellent workout facility, rooms are clean, convenient location to downtown

Cons: Digital key is available, but fairly useless here because you still have to go to the front desk to check in. Elevator situation is horrendous. No fitted sheets on beds, just flat sheets that slide off constantly, hot water was iffy at best. Don't even think about using a roku stick or Xbox in your room - the TVs are locked out to only use the basic cable channels they provide. Wifi didn't work the whole weekend.

This was a wonderful hotel, I think my only complaint would be that there's no hot tub and the room service tried to rip us off. But other than that the lobby was breathtaking, the breakfast was what you would expect from an Embassy Suites and the pool was large and a good temperature.

This was an amazing place to stay very clean friendly. The only issue was s housekeeper an supervisor came in even though we had our dnd sign up. Minor issue but overall will stay there again. Thank you all for your friendly hospitality

This is a very nice hotel located in the heart of ...

This is a very nice hotel located in the heart of downtown Denver. The room was very spacious and the amenities were all high quality Neutragena. The staff that I met were all friendly and very helpful. the food was excellent and the evening happy hour was welcomed at the end of a long day of conferences. The Hilton app worked perfectly and I love the digital room key and being able to check out from my phone.

The only reason I did not give this review 5-stars is the following:
I stayed in guest room 503. The furniture was a bit dated and the choice of an ottoman instead of an office chair for the bedroom (see pictures) writing desk was uncomfortable to sit at for any length of time with no back support. The single-server coffee maker in my room still had water in it from the previous guest. Also, there appears to be a bathroom fan vent that did not appear to be working? The vent was filled with lint and the metal was a little rusted. This caused the bathroom to steam up after a shower making the mirror useless. Other minor issues were the lobby noise could be heard in my room until almost midnight. Lastly, although I'm sure it's for security purposes, the wire inside the glass windows the look out onto the hallway is tacky for an upscale downtown hotel.

All these issues are minor, but for the rate I paid for the room all week, I expected everything to be perfect.

The hotel was clean and beautiful. The customer service was quick and friendly. The breakfast was packed and simple but it could ve had a hot item. The pool was open and it had a limit of only 10 people so make a reservation. The room was spacious and the view was lovely.

It was a very nice hotel except the AC didn't work in the room. I had a hard time sleeping. They came 3 times to 'fix' it but never did. Considering how much I paid for the room, I shouldn't have these issues. Good free breakfast.

Kind of interesting it will not let me make this post let s see if I can do it now. We tried to call the hotel to cancel our stay due to the virus epidemic that we are having they told us no such luck and that they would not refund our money. I would say this is extremely poor customer service when the rest of the world is shutting down and refunding everything under the sun this company will not do that. Sad.

Didn't have caffeinated coffee in the room, only decaf. Disappointing. Also, arrived on-time for check in, but the room was not prepared. We paid for one of their more expensive rooms, but had to watch hoards of people check in to less pricy rooms before us. Also disappointing.
