Extremely disappointed
Rooms are old and mold residue very strongly present
Parking fees for the main car and guest car, nowhere online they specify that the parking fee is not mandatory,
Front desk very rude , arguing with customers, slow services
The atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. Went to the hotel for a conference which was hosted well.
The room was big. The breakfast was an actual breakfast.
I actually like this hotel even if it is very dated and tired. The food is really good and the free happy hour welcome. Staff good too
It is a standard hotel. Nothing above and beyond and nothing substandard.
The rooms are all suites and so they are large and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of options. The hotel is conveniently located near a large mall and central in Marin. The hotel also has a nice indoor pool and a waterfall. The happy hour is from 5:30-7:30 and offers free drinks and snacks. A downside is that the hotel is a bit dated, but we'll kept. A second downside is that there is often no concierge.

Rooms are clean. Was not informed we I made the reservation that they were undergoing renovations (if they had I would have stayed at another hotel). Most of the hotel is closed off and only one elevator for the guest, chaos in the morning. And now I have a jack hammer going too town for the last two hours while I'm trying to rest. Thanks a lot
Family reunion Location. Nice hotel with spacious clean rooms. Lively lobby. Close to Novato shopping center.
OK, went there for a travel promotion. Plenty of parking space available. Reasonable food provided.
Nice hotel although the queen size bed advertised is a full size bed.
The rooms were clean . The service was great the hotel need to get a update which it is so that holet is going be the best soon.
Usual Embassy Suites property. Set for remodel in 2019. Clean, but getting a little warn. Not up to the new embassy suites appearance
Sadly, all the magnificent Koi carp have been removed from the lobby in anticipation of the remodel.
Each room has a living area, and there are little appetizers put out outside the bar at 5pm.

It was a great place to stay. The staff was courteous, the room was clean, and the location is very convenient.
Beautiful room. They started construction demolition on the ground floor the day before I arrived. I work nights, they demolished during the day.
Call ahead and ask about construction plans during your stay and avoid the loud construction at all costs.

The staff was very helpful and considerate, however, the rooms are dated, dirty and dilapidated. (Stains on carpets, broken facilities, etc...) Hopefully after the renovation, in 2019, it will be better!
Clean rooms, great rates and plenty of availability.
Always clean, friendly, and not to mention a delicious complementary breakfast.
