Cashiers get written up for everything. Numerous cashiers stick their hands in one persons register and if the register is off, the original cashier gets in trouble, even though its not be their fault. They get written up. Drink anything but water, get written up. Dont walk around to each customer to look at the bottom of their kart, get written up. Need to keep your drawer organized but at the same time anytime you "have" to wait in aisle for new customers. Its like an oxymoron...you get written up either way. They have a high turnover rate and you can see why. They hire 5 new cashiers for one cashier that left. This leaves all hours of that one person split 5 ways. Sometimes workers only get like 3 hours a week. They do not work well with other employment hours but yet give each person crappy hours. All of this makes team members untrained, unpleasant about their job, and it shows to all the customers. From a customers standpoint: Its just another ghetto grocery store. They seriously dont mop the floors...as you will get written up for not doing your other stuff.
