Bought a used 2007 Scion from here. The process was very easy, staff were all very friendly and helpful, the facilities and cars were very well kept. Josh Haztigiannis was great to interact with as he sold me the car. While they weren't open to negotiate the price of the used car, it was listed at a very fair price that I had no trouble paying. Would recommend! Hoping the car is as good as it appears to be!

We went to Elmhurst after visiting another BMW dealer and receiving poor service. We had been emailing Mike Banach. His price was the best and his follow up and attention to detail was great. Our visit went so smoothly. We test drove the car we were looking at and decided to test drive another model. Mike couldn t have been any better. He was patient and didn t rush us at all. We ultimately ended up buying the X7. Eugene made the car experience SO enjoyable! He is the ultimate professional and not pushy at all. The last time I leased a car at another dealership, I was there all day, but Eugene and I negotiated over email and so I basically went in to sign the papers. It was so easy! Jack in financials was so personable and you can tell that he is really knowledgeable and enjoys his job. I have already told my parents and husband that this is where they need to go for their next cars... specifically to use Eugene.
