Fantastic Customer Service when I had a question about the Cars battery save function. Service Manager, Service Advisor and Service Technician ALL took time away from their busy day to speak with me and educate me on what and why the System was doing. I really appreciated the extra time and effort they showed and it wasn't requested by me... they voluntarily came forward to try to address my concerns. This level of Customer Service is rare these days and it's something I will remember and reminded why I take my car to them for Service Work.

I couldn t have asked for a better individual to help me with my car buying experience than Brian. He was patient, respectful, attentive, kind and fair. All the qualities that one would want when buying a new car. I had a very poor experience with my local Mercedes dealer and Isringhausen showed me how the experience should have been and regained my faith in the industry. Although I had to drive further, it was well worth it! I love my new Mercedes!
My only regret was not starting my search with Isringhausen and more specifically Brian!

All employees in the BMW service department are top notch! Always courteous, very helpful and ready to explain details to me that I can understand. This is one of the many reasons I will only shop at Isringhausen! Jeremy, Matt, David and Mike are the BEST!

Luke was extremely helpful. They didn't have the car in stock that I wanted with the options, but they located it and made the deal within a few days. Made it extremely easy for me. I absolutely love my vehicle and the transaction was seamless. I will make sure to buy from you guys again instead of traveling to a big city like we usually do. A++ Thanks again!

The service department (Zach Parrish) was ready and waiting for me when I drove into Isringhausen's service bay. Zach already knew what needed to be addressed on my Porsche and provided me with a loaner car. Zach even provided an extra bit of service that he did not have to: he had one of the service techs retrieve my wife's stylus from under the passenger seat where it had fallen and refused to allow itself to be found. This is just one of the reasons why the service at Isringhausen Motors is outstanding.

Professional staff. Atmosphere was welcoming very clean. The showroom displayed nice and spotless. Transaction was very smooth in the process of buying the car. Mike Carver made sure everything was taking of for us. I will be back in three years to buy another car! Mike Carver you are Great!

I had a great experience at Isringhausen. My salesman, Brian Mitchell, was polite, well-mannered, easy to work with and very knowledgable about the vehicles in which I was interested. Sean in the business office was also very pleasant, explained everything and answered all of my questions.

I never felt anyone was trying to pressure me or speed up the process so they could sell me a car.

Overall, I am exceptionally satisfied, and I highly recommend Isringhausen. I will definitely do business with them again.

Special request for Porsche Motorsport racecar (718 GT4 Clubsport)...it took a few tries but finally was able to close on one. Took a little longer than expected but understandable since there are limited numbers of these cars available. Geoff stayed on it...
