We went to Elmhurst after visiting another BMW dealer and receiving poor service. We had been emailing Mike Banach. His price was the best and his follow up and attention to detail was great. Our visit went so smoothly. We test drove the car we were looking at and decided to test drive another model. Mike couldn t have been any better. He was patient and didn t rush us at all. We ultimately ended up buying the X7. The professionalism and service from Elmhurst BMW was exemplary, from Mike to David in finance and even the receptionist who greeted us upon arrival, all were friendly and welcoming. It was a smooth easy transaction and we couldn t be happier with our car. There was no pushy sales tactics or spiel. I wouldn t hesitate to recommend Elmhurst BMW for their professionalism and service and overall best deal. Thank you Mike, David and all.
