Terrible tuxedo service!! We paid $230 for each tux rental. My husband's replacement shirt didn't come in on time, so his shirt was too small. Two of the groomsmen suspenders broke while they were getting dressed. One of the groomsmen had no cufflinks or button covers for his shirt. This is definitely not the service you would expect with a bridal party paying close to $2000 for a simple tux rental!!

Due to Covid they cancelled my alterations appointment for my wedding dress twice. Once things started opening they never called me to reschedule, I had no idea that they were even open again.

I absolutely love Ella Park Bridal. Katie was my sales consultant and she was amazing. She stayed within my budget and paid attention to what I liked and didn t like. I ordered a dress the same day as my initial appt. I had my alterations done there as well and their alterations dept is just as caring. I couldn t have asked for a better experience.

Elizabeth was amazing! Very easy going and didn t pressure me into anything I wasn t interested in. She knew my style right off my questionnaire and was very laid back throughout the appointment, which is just what I needed. It was quick and painless (ha!). Highly recommend Ella Park!

Carly is absolutely amazing and phenomenal in every way. I have been stressed the past month about not fitting in my wedding gown due to some weight gain from quarantine. I called Carly last week stressing about what to do since I couldn t fit in my gown. She set up a try-on appointment for me ASAP and kept reassuring me that everything was going to be okay. I went in today for my appointment and to my surprise, the dress zipped up all the way. Granted, I didn t feel comfortable enough to breath or be in it all day. But, between her and help from the seamstress (I cannot remember her name off the top of my head, but she was so kind) they both reassured me that letting the dress out a bit for it to fit me comfortably for the big day would be no problem. I am someone who gets stressed and anxious very easily, and they both helped alleviate every bit of worry that I had. Especially, due to my unplanned weight gain it has made me feel more self-conscious about how I look in the dress and will look on the wedding day. But, both Carly and the seamstress made me feel so beautiful and fall in love with my gown all over again. So thank you so so much to Carly and the very kind seamstress help this bride-to-be feel so so much better!

Lizzie went above and beyond to help me find a dress within my budget. She really took the time to listen to my likes and dislikes and because of her I found the one! I will definitely recommend Ella Park to my friends and family. Thanks Lizzie!

We worked with Elizabeth, she was very helpful. With the coronavirus, we were not sure if everything would happen and were in a bit of a time crunch as far as ordering and availability. Elizabeth checked with the owner and we were able to buy a dress off the rack. It was a great experience!

The entire wedding dress shopping experience was great! I had been to 3 other places and was starting to get discouraged with either the selection or service. Carly was absolutely amazing and brought me the exact dresses I had for my vision. She was super helpful, honest and I came alone so she also my hype man and photographer. I highly recommend Ella Park Bridal. Everyone there is so helpful and friendly. Tiffany was my consultant and she helped me pick out my wedding dress for our destination wedding in Hawaii. I went in wanting an all over lace dress and after trying some of those on I realized I wanted something different. Tiffany encouraged me to try on other types of dresses and I fell in love with one that was on a mannequin. It was perfect for my day and I felt so beautiful. Never been here, just a guess but I could have been in the same area. To this business, no disrespect, but it kept showing up and when I would bypass it kept showing back up. Got tired this happens quite often when there are a lot of business in the same area. So I wrote a quick comment explaining that I had never been in your business, but was possible in the area. I was so nervous to go wedding dress shopping today. I m not the type who likes all the attention or feels super comfortable in my own skin. HOWEVER, Lizzie at Ella Park bridal made my experience the absolute best from the moment I walked in. She made sure I felt comfortable, helped me find a dress that fits my body type and style, and was super sweet and helpful. I loved my experience and did not feel even the slightest uncomfortable or nervous during the duration of my visit. I did not even pick out the dresses I tried on, she used the profile I built on their website, and trial and error with certain types of dresses to find dresses I loved. I m in love with the dress I found and could not be more pleased. If I could rate 10 stars, I would!

Lizzy is phenomenal at her job... took dress types my daughter picked out and found her dream dress and had us all in tears.. in awe. Beautiful, precious moment.

Worst dress place ever!!! Not only did it take months to for the dresses to come in, but then they charge a holding fee if you don't pick them up immediately. On top of everything my dress came in over a week ago, the bride was provided with a tracking number and they are telling us today that it hasn't shipped out yet!!! Are you kidding me?! How disorganized! I now have about 2 weeks to receive the dress and get alterations done. The manager, Mike, was completely useless. He was just like "sorry, we made a mistake. I don't know what else you want us to do." I don't know maybe do your job!! I'm livid to say the least! At least davids bridal is on top of things even though they have hundreds of stores! Elle Park needs to step it up.

They have a hard time getting the fitting right (twice) and never did get it correct, then they want to blame the customer. Really!!!
With that said they did return $40 for the jacket that they could not get right.

Love the staff and all the variety of dresses they have. Most definitely glad to have gone there and would recommend them to anyone looking

I had a wonderful experience here. The entire day was stress free, so much fun, and better than I ever imagined it would be. There were plenty of dresses to choose from and Carly made finding my dream dress a breeze!

The rooms are spacious and private for you and your bridal party to have your special moment. Such a great experience!

They went above and beyond to make me feel special and had a great experience... after my mother mentioned we had the money to afford them. My mother and I just started looking for wedding dresses and had been to a few places in Evansville but wanted to try Ella park after seeing many people on Facebook doing business with them. Walked in assuming we could look at what they had, like all the other places had let us do, and the women at the counter were snarky and came off stuck up. They asked if we had an appointment and not thinking we needed one to browse through the dresses, we didn't think we would need one. They asked us out price point and after we mentioned the highest we would pay was $1000, they said "our dresses start at $1000" and looked at us like we were trash. They made us an appointment right there and made my mother and I uncomfortable. While looking at the dresses the lady assisting us must of heard my mom say that she would spend more if I found my dream dress there and she quickly changed her tune and was very helpful. I did say yes to the dress that day because of the pressure to save 10% off if I did that day. Don't get me wrong, I love my dress but the way they made us feel, I hate that we gave them our money when they were so disrespectful towards us in the beginning. Overall, I would recommend them if you are looking for that yes to the dress experience but it will cost you.

I had a very pleasant experience at Ella Park! The bridal consultant helped me through the process. She greeted us at the door and immediately asked what I wanted and asked many questions about what I wanted in my perfect dress. She was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!

She was very patient and at one point, she could tell I was overwhelmed with all that was going on and she asked if I was ok. It was really nice that she was involved and attentive and not just trying to sell any dress to get the commission like I have experienced at other stores. I cannot express enough how great she was! She definitely made the dress finding experience into a fun day!!! Five Stars!!

I went and picked up my dress today. The color is absolutely beautiful. Carly was exceptional and so helpful. I definitely recommend them to other brides. They have a huge selection of dresses, and a very inviting atmosphere. You definitely get the band for your buck.

Highly disappointed.. Was recommended the standard 5 extra inches without adequate help on their end when the original length would have been just fine, spending an extra THIRTY dollars. Now will need to go around and spend at least an extra THIRTY dollars to get it hemmed. I expected a much better consult for the high end place you brand yourself to be

I had the best experience shopping for my wedding gown at Ella Park. As a curvy gal, I was nervous about finding a dress that would be perfect for my body. I had nothing to worry about! My consultant Katie was so knowledgeable and helpful. She listened carefully to what I thought I wanted, and picked out dresses according to that. However... she brought in a dress that I would have never picked out myself. She said she just had a hunch it might work. Her hunch was right - it ended up being my dress! It was perfect in every single way. Summer and the alterations crew did an amazing job adjusting the dress to be a tailor made for me. Having a dress that I loved and felt confident in made our special day all that much better. I was able to feel like the best version of myself, thanks to Katie and Ella Park! If I could give 1,000 stars, I would!

I was asked to be in a wedding very very last minute!! A bridesmaid dropped out 6 DAYS before the wedding and I was asked to take her spot and try and make the dress that bridesmaid bought off a website, fit me. It was to big for me and with it last minute I couldn't find a dress that was the same color to match. Ella park pulled every dress they could find that was the same color for me and when we couldn't find one they took the dress that bridesmaid gave me and did alterations on it!! This dress wasn't even from their store but they saw the spot I was in and they wanted to help!! They were my Saints and just the nicest people!!!

My consultant, Lizzie, was a doll to work with. She had dresses lined up for me to try and within the first one or two was able to figure out what I needed for my body type and to be a low key princess. The whole process was so easy and she made it fun. Ella Park was very accommodating when I changed my number of viewing guests for trying on dresses and made it look flawless putting us in a bigger room at the last minute. I thoroughly enjoyed trying on dresses, and I was sure I would not prior to going to Ella Park. I'm so happy I chose to shop there!

Carly was amazing!! She looked at what I had saved and what I envisioned, and literally picked out my dream dress on the first try! She made the appointment so fun and easy. I felt beautiful the entire time. I would highly recommend her as a consultant and Ella Park in general! Excellent bridal experience!

With the COVID-19, we weren t quite sure what was going to transpire with my son s school prom. Therefore, I waited to the last minute to see about a suit to rent. With only a few days before prom, I called Ella Bridal and Emily Steinkamp got my son in that day. She was AMAZING! Thank you again Emily Steinkamp, for getting him in so quick and helping him out!!!!

Because I didn t get a response in personally sending them an email, I have decided to post this online.

Every girl dreams of the day when she tries on THE DRESS and feels like Cinderella. I am so thankful to have had that experience with Elizabeth on the day I said, "YES to the dress". She was reserved on her comments but gave sincere and personable feedback when asked. She listened to my likes, wants and dislikes with each dress I tried on. She was a dream to work with.

However, things changed when I went to my appointment last Friday, October 30, 2020, to try on MY DRESS for the first time. My experience was not even comparable in the slightest. Before seeing or trying on MY DRESS, Emily re-measured me. My measurements increased by 2". I was surprised but it was a pleasant surprise for me. You see, I started working out in the middle of August at Pure Barre in Evansville. I have been faithful to my workouts, feel much better, and I know I have lost inches in my waist. No sooner did I mention how I have been burning calories, toning and lifting muscle and how I have enjoyed my workouts, Emily tells me I should do more cardio and should basically stop taking Pure Barre classes! Emily is job training a fellow employee. Is Body Shaming what Ella Park Bridal wants to be known for? Seriously!?

Before I even tried on MY WEDDING DRESS, Emily's comments made me feel uncomfortable and ashamed of my size, especially in my hip and thigh area Those hurtful statements said to me in front of the new employee were appalling and showed lack of respect for a woman's body. "More cardio"? I was in complete shock and tried to hide my emotions. At this point, I had not put MY DRESS on. It took away all the excitement I had leading up to this appointment. I was still hearing her say I was larger now and to stop my workouts.

Once the dress was on, I could not see beyond my flabby arms and stared at my hip and thigh areas. Empty. It was then, Emily reiterated in front of your bridal trainee, my Mother, and my Aunt I should stop my workouts at Pure Barre and concentrate on cardio.

My mother, as shocked as I was, and seeing the pain in my eyes, tried to smooth it over by commenting "she doesn't want you to build muscle in your thighs and assured me she knew that was not my workout intention.

Please note, the only alteration needed at that time was for the hip area to be taken IN.

I have never in my life been body shamed or felt so insecure about my measurements as I did that day by Emily's remarks.

Since my engagement last June, I have had several girlfriends get engaged. Most all of them have reached out and have asked how my experience with Ella Park Bridal was. What should have been a memorable joyous occasion was filled with sadness and heartbreak.

I hope you share with your staff and make the necessary changes to prevent this ever happening to any future brides. As much as I enjoyed working with Elizabeth and finding my dress, the emotions and insecurities that I felt during my final fitting were astounding. I am not in love with my dress anymore and you have Emily to thank.

My daughter's wedding party rented dress shirts and vests for the guys in the wedding party. 5 of the 7 had improperly sized clothes. Each one was measured by an Ella Park associate at separate times, so it wasn't just one person. Fortunately the groom was able to have his corrected. The others were not so fortunate. We had groomsmen with sleeves rolled up shirt tails hanging out and the father of the bride walked his daughter down the aisle with his vest unbuttoned. Upon returning the clothes, I expressed my displeasure to the owner's of the company. I did not request any type of refund, although they should have offered. I was, however, expecting an apology. What I got was multiple excuses about not wearing the shirts with dress pants (they were told it would be worn with jeans at the time of order), difficulty in measuring for just a vest without a jacket ( that is their job), how rental clothes shrink (again, their job to know this and order the correct size) and that the guys should have tried the clothes on early enough to fix any mistakes ( it was conceded that they should have asked the guys to try things on at pick up and they did not do that) I was willing to forgive the sizing mishap but the response I got upon returning the clothes was astonishing! The verbatim response was "Well, what do want us to do about it?" I did finally get an apology after telling them that is what I wanted. This lack of concern for the poor job performed came directly from the owners of the company! Again, the sizing errors are not what prompted this poor review but rather the horrible response after the fact. I'm not sure how they will stay in business if this is how incorrect orders are always handled. I do not recommend anyone use Ella Park due to their customer service issues, but certainly stay clear of them for any menswear. That obviously is not their area of expertise.

I had a great experience at Ella Park trying on bridal gowns for the first time. Carly was so helpful and very sweet during my entire appointment. She listened carefully to all of my feedback and brought me dresses based on our opinions. She was very caring and super easy to work with. I really enjoyed my appointment!

I purchased my Mother of Bride dress at Ella Park Bridal after trying many other shops. I am a plus size mom(size18) and found the perfect dress. The service was exceptional and my dress arrived when they said(even with the Covid Pandemic going on). Thank you Ella Park Bridal for making my daughter's special day, be one for me too

Beautiful store. They are so friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately I didn't get my dress here, but even though they didn't have the one I wanted I still felt great leaving the store.

I'm an out of state bridesmaid, and Presley quickly verified over the phone she had my dress, in my size & same color - in stock. She told me I could come in right away! She helped correct wrong measurments a previous woman had given me, smiled the whole time, and not to mention I was and out within minutes! Thank you Presley, and Ella Park Bridal! I wish I wasn't moving back home so I could come to you for a wedding dress. Your gowns are g o r g e o u s and fairly priced

We love working with the entire team at Ella Park Bridal. This is a fantastic husband and wife business. Well, now it's a family business and the entire family are wonderful people. Usually, being a photographer, we have little to no interaction with bridal shops. However, we have a long standing relationship with Ella Park and love recommending them! If you visit their shop you may see some of our photos on the walls and we only display our photos at places we are 100% confident give excellent service. Go visit Ella Park - you won't be disappointed!

Ella Park has phenomenal customer service! They were practicing social distancing and safety measures. Amandine customer service- I was able to take my own wedding dress in to help find accessories. She took into consideration my likes/dislikes, style of the wedding & dress and everything to provide me with so many perfect options of earrings and veils!

Ella Park made shopping for a wedding dress a stress free experience. Carly has an amazing eye, stayed in my price range, and is ultimately the best hype woman. She was very easy to work with and also a lot of fun. Several staff members came back and commented on several dresses I tried on. You can tell the staff really cares about what you want when walking into the store and will meet your needs in any way possible. Couldn't be happier with the ease of finding such an important part of my big day

We have been here three times so far. Once for a wedding dress and twice for bridesmaid dresses. All the staff that we have met are fantastic. Lizzie is the absolute best and if she is available definitely ask for her. She is so personable and genuinely cares about your experience. When I came back with my bridesmaids we didn t know she would be there and she remembered me and told me to let her know if I needed anything.

I was anxious about the experience and it was better than I could have hoped for. Wedding dress shopping is something that you should have fun doing and they definitely make it a fun time.
